[Ixia]

Ixia was glad she was away from Crescere because Earth was such an interesting place. The inhabitants here called "humans" were very amusing. They didn't resist to what just happened to them and some of them held foolish and unreachable dreams of freedom. Someone would save them one day and they will free from this nightmare? Like that would happen; like someone could fight against the forces that were loyal to Dr. Hypnos, her lord and master Frieza, and King Cold. The so called "hero" would probably die immediately he or she tried to fight against them.

She chuckled softly at that thought as she was walking and trying to find if there was an uprising of some sort forming behind Dr. Hypnos's back -- which Ixia highly doubted but, she had to check to make sure there was none. Her thoughts were interrupted which caused her to stop walking as she thought heard her name was being called. "Hmm?" She turned to the direction to see who called her.

[Zarbon]

Zarbon was curious as to what his masters next move would be. What the next plan of action could hold. Were they to route out the other possible threats, or to destroy the planet completely. Once they used up most of the resources of the planet, he was sure Frieza would sell the planet of to the highest bidder.

For the time he walked through the command center, giving orders to the troops for the day. They had to gather more slaves to handle all the labor around here. they were beginning to gain a surplus of inventory and it was making him happy. Maybe this meant that they could move on soon.

He left the current room he was in and turned a corner around the corridor. That's when he saw someone that had always held interest for him. Ixia, was a beauty beyond any other. Her battle skills were also almost on par with his. He called out to her and she stopped walking to turn around. "Is that how you address a superior?"

He glared at her as she got closer to her. Stopping before her to close his hands over his chest. He was thinking of making her his own right hand. A general of an army needed these such things.

[Ixia]

She stared at the taller figure before her who was glaring at her. It was Zarbon, whom Ixia recognized as the general of the army and the right-hand of Lord Frieza. She giggled and a smile formed on her lips. "My apologies General Zarbon." She continued to smile as she bowed her head slightly downwards in respect before staring into his eyes with hers. She chuckled softly once again and tilted her head to the side. "Is there something on your mind, General Zarby?" Yea, she had to that. Zarbon may be one of her superiors but, she didn't know him that well; she was curious to see how he reacted to a nickname (also known as a really small portion of her mischief) to see how his temper was -- if he was short-tempered, let's just say she will be entertained for a while.

[Zarbon]

Zarbon raised an eyebrow at the girl as she called him Zarby. Was she serious in talking to him like this? He laughed on the inside at her insubordination. He would let it slide right now, seeing as how he wanted something from her but she wouldn't know what it was until the time came from it.

He let out a sigh and turned his head in the other direction. "We'll, I'm considering taking you under my wing. A General does need his Lieutenant. What do you think about that? Could have some fun times in store for us and dangerous missions if you want to take them."

[Ixia]

Ixia blinked as she stared at him and pointed to herself. "Me? A Lieutenant?" This was quite sudden yet interesting to her because she was enlisted in Lord Frieza's army a few years ago and now she was being asked to become a lieutenant from the general himself. "Hmm... Let me think about it." Being a lieutenant would be interesting but, she wasn't the "commanding" or "leader" type at all. But like Zarbon said, there could be fun times as well as dangerous missions that would probably catch her interest. She would also meet more beings -- both weak and strong -- that would keep her entertained for a while. "Hmm..." Perhaps this is the only time he'd ask, so, maybe she shouldn't decline this opportunity plus this was something new for her to try. A smile formed on her lips. "I think it's a wonderful idea, General. Though, I have a question."

[Zarbon]

Zarbon eyed the woman as it seemed that she was actually considering this once in a lifetime opportunity. Most soldiers would kill to get a position like this, well most would have to. Good thing was that she made the right decision of taking his offer. He didn't like it when people turned him down and that could of not ended well if she did.

Now she wanted to ask him of something. This intriguied him, seeing as how some of the soldiers were to scared to be near him with out being reprimanded for something or even still talking to him so casually. "I'll answer with what I have."

[Ixia]

"Why did you choose me? There are plenty of other soldiers to choose from, so, why me?" This offer from Zarbon made Ixia curious and she wanted an answer or two from him. There had to be a reason why he chose her from numerous soldiers in the army that possibly have almost the same power level as her or have the potential of being stronger than her. "Oh, if you were thinking that I was declining your offer from that question, think again. I'm not declining such an opportunity, I just want to know why." She crossed her arms in front of her chest as she waited for her answer.

[Zarbon]

Zarbon laughed at her inquiry, it seemed that she was doubting herself. If it was him, he would of been more arrogant about the situation. He knew what he was capable of and how he would always get the job done. His gaze went a little soft on her as he would soon speak his next words and a smirk would form on his lips.

"Well, I see a little of you in me. Beautiful image and a beautiful mind. I have read your service record and I wouldn't choose no other. You may not have been with us for long but you are a dedicated being. Also, it wouldn't be good of you to turn down such an offer, so I'm glad you are accepting it."

[Ixia]

Ixia pouted when she heard him laugh at her question. Was he mocking her? Wait, he wasn't. She listened to him and a giggle escaped from her lips. "How charming. You flatter me, General." Though, her mind wasn't a beautiful place since, it's filled with fairly unpleasant memories and thoughts most of the time.

She tilted her head to the side again as she stared at him. "What would happen if I didn't accept your offer?" This made her curious again; what would happen? Would she be killed on the spot? Or beaten for declining? Or something else unpleasant? Despite such negative thoughts, it would probably be fun fighting back against Zarbon. Or maybe not. As she recalled, he has a higher power level than her and abilities she has never seen from him.

[Zarbon]

Zarbon looked at her with interest. She was being very persistent, maybe he should test her skill. Only thing about that was that Zarbon would continue until he defeated his opponent. He was known for being ruthless on the battlefield after all. Though, he wouldn't inform her of what he would do to her if she had declined.

"Just know that, you would not be doing field work for awhile. Come with me and let's go file your promotion." He began to walk back down the hall to the command center. Accessing the computers there would allow him to do what he need.

[Ixia]

She blinked a few times. No field work for a while? So perhaps she would be put "temporarily" out-of-commission or something. Though, that would be unpleasant and dull staying in such a state. A sigh escaped from her lips as she followed after him but, she smiled afterwards. "I never had a promotion until now. Back on Crescere, there were no such rankings in our forces. No General, no lieutenant, etc. Everyone was treated equally by our rulers, the King, the Queen and the Elders."

[Zarbon]

Zarbon nodded as she spoke of how things went back on her home world. Most of the aliens here had enlisted to save their planets or to gain some kind of power. He was personally in it for the power and exploration. Just the exploration had hit a plateau since they arrived on Earth and were following this Dr. Hypnos guy.

He walked on and stopped in front of a door that lead to the command center. "Well, as you already know, things aren't run the same here. We have a hierarchy and you will be close to the top of it now. Your orders will come directly from me and know I will keep you busy." He waited for the door to open and walked into the room.

[Ixia]

Ixia nodded as she smiled; it was true that things here weren't ran the same way as Crescere plus there was a hierarchy. She was going to be close to the top? She didn't know this, well, this whole hierarchy and promotion thing were still new to her. Though, she liked the new and unexpected so, this didn't bother her too much. She would still receive orders from Zarbon and she will be busy, hopefully not in a monotonous way.

She walked after him after the door opened and into the command center. Her eyes traveled across the room as she saw various computers, technology, and etc. which, again, were still new to her -- kind of like the time she found and used the space pod, as well as using the scouter, for the first time.

[Zarbon]

Zarbon walked up to one of the computers and started to type away at it while standing up. He pulled up her file and started making the edits that he needed to it. It wasn't hard for him to access this stuff due to his rank. He knew how everything worked and operated. He would have to get her a more advanced scouter and some better armor now but that's what the scientist Bulma was for.

"Ok, were gonna need to draw your blood and get a hand print sample to add to your file again for the more classified things and for the healing pods. I know you did them before but this is for a different system we have for the VIPs to send back to a more secure facility." He brought up a hand print scanner on the screen of the terminal and stepped back.

[Ixia]

She was intrigued as she watched him type away. He was quick in her opinion, much quicker than her but, then again, she was still trying to get used to this type of technology.

"Ohhh, I see!" Ixia thought it would be fine with just the blood sample and hand print she did back then but, they needed recent ones for this kind of promotion. As she watched the hand print scanner being brought up, she thought that every rank had the same or similar system but, she was wrong. She walked towards the screen and placed her hand on the area where it scans the hand.
