An Enslaved Race [open to any Frieza henchmen]

Slavery. From childhood, it wasn't what Citole would have expected would be his life. But for years it had been the case... how many was it now? He'd given up counting the days long ago, arriving as a child on Earth as he was made a slave to Frieza, now a Namekian full grown.

He hated working for Frieza, against his will, this menial labor that all of his people had been forced to do for so long. Citole was often made to help carry crates and things, though he was rather weak in appearance, he could still manage enough to complete the work given to him.

"We're almost there," Citole said quietly, it was because the older Namekian who was working alongside him for the day seemed to be struggling with the large crate of Capsule Corporation equipment. It was probably his age... he was one of the oldest among what was left of their race, old and growing weaker and weaker every day. Too frail to be forced into doing this type of work anymore, but did that stop Frieza and his men from assigning difficult tasks to him? No, of course it didn't.

[Cooler]

Standing on nothing, but air several meters high in the air was Cooler. He was bored and literally had nothing better to do than watch the slaves work, just hoping for one of them to fall over due to weakness so that he could put them out of their misery. He was becoming a bit darker these days, but he wasn't exactly his little brother just yet, still far from the pointless killing personality. The Namekians made up the bulk of their slaves and though the majority of them were pathetically weak there still were some powerful ones out there that could be trained properly into fine warriors. Tilting his head to the side he began witnessing an older looking Namekian having problems with their simple task of carrying a crate from point A to point B. An uncaring look on his face he'd raise his left hand and extend his pointed finger before releasing a Death Beam, which would extend from the tip of his finger all the way down to the Namekian where it'd pierce him from between his shoulder blades and through his collar line, causing him to fall over dead. "I guess there's nothing wrong with putting the dying out of their misery."

The old Namekian's crate went toppling to the ground, just as the Namekian himself was struck and fell over with it. Citole felt his heart jump inside his chest, his eyes widened with shock. Before he could realize what he was doing, he let his own crate fall to the ground without giving one thought to its contents.

The young Namekian quickly scrambled over to the older one's side. He could see the wound, it was a perfect shot... the older Namekian seemed to have already ceased in his breathing. But Citole was hardly about to give up on him that easily, not when it was one of his own people.

He leaned over the other Namekian, attempting to hide what he was about to do from any possible onlookers. Hoping that his body would be enough to shield anyone from seeing his abilities. Then he hovered his hands over the wound, and tried to heal it. But in reality, he should've known, the old Namekian was already lost... And the glow he had created in his attempt to heal, it wasn't as subtle as he had hoped.

[Cooler]

After killing off the elder Namekian Cooler found himself preparing to head out and go elsewhere when he noticed the smaller Namekian dropping their crate. Raising a hairless brow he prepared another Death Beam, but paused as he watched on as the younger Namekian knelt down beside the now deceased elder Namekian. But, that wasn't the strange thing, the strange part was the glowing energy between the two. What was this? Some attempt at fusion? No, the elder Namekian had to be deceased, his Death Beam had been a perfect kill shot. Interest sparking into a fire Cooler quickly began descending towards the fallen Namekian and the younger Namekian. With a brow still raised Cooler folded his arms and tilted his head as he began speaking to the small and fragile looking Namekian. What is that your doing there little guy?!"

"Hwah...!" Citole hop in fright away from the corpse, stumble, and regain his balance all in one quick moment. His futile attempts at healing stopped right there of course, the glow was gone, and he held his hands nervously in front of his chest.

The Namekian went over it, he couldn't figure out why he had done what he just did. He always thought things through, what was wrong with him?! "I... I uh..." terror filled the little green alien, this slip-up was going to get him killed just it had all the others of his clan, years ago...

In his chest, he could feel his heart pounding fiercely. The being in front of him wasn't merely a person who worked for Frieza... he was a changeling too, they were related. Brothers. Citole could only gulp in fear.

[Cooler]

Watching the tiny little weakling stumble about he lowered his brow and offered a devilish grin as a means to show no evil intentions. But, upon sensing the boy had no intent on speaking up he showed an expression of disgust and disappointment on his face, though mostly disgust. As such Cooler found himself adding the rising of his right hand and extension of his right pointer finger to his response to the boy's lack of an answer to Cooler's question. As such a purple glow of energy began dancing around the tip of his finger as his facial expression quickly changed to accommodate his slight agitation and anger.

"Boy, do not test me, least you wish to end up like your old friend over there...speak up, quickly, I have more patience than my brother Frieza, but not by much!"

[/color] Growling slightly Cooler extended his arm further forward, to where his finger and it's deadly charge were just waiting a few inches from the young Namekian's forehead, just waiting to burst forward and execute him.

Either way... No matter what he did, they were going to kill him now. The Namekian couldn't help but feel utterly terrified, knowing that if he didn't answer the changeling quickly, he was dead, but at the same time if he did answer, he would soon be just as dead for what he was.

Citole's feet were begging him to move, to run away from the powerful being that was standing so very close to him right now. Of course, he also realized that if he tried anything like that, Cooler wouldn't hesitate to kill him. It seemed that no matter which way he decided to go with this, the Namekian was going to be a dead man regardless.

"Please, I was only trying to... to help him...!" he didn't say heal... don't say heal and maybe the changeling won't realize... Citole's body was beginning to quiver in fear, and his eyes they couldn't stop staring at the purple energy that had formed at Cooler's fingertip. "I'm sorry... Forgive me, Master Cooler. I-- I'll get right back to work. Sorry..." the Namekian still didn't move though, not without the changeling's consent. A consent that he was afraid Cooler wasn't about to grant him.

if there was any mercy inside of the heartless changeling, it was certainly not being shown today - frieza's crimson eyes scanning the area as tired namekians continued to work. watching over slaves who simply listened to commands in order to stay alive was not a duty the changeling prince usually brought himself to do, usually one could find frieza in his own ship, attending to other matters or sending out expendable troops for matters such as this. however, this time around dr hypnos himself had asked for frieza to supervise this one; apparently the powerful doctor wanted this capsule corp equipment to be in fully working order, and having a high-ranked warrior present in the area to make sure things ran smoothly seemed to be a good idea in the master's eyes. such a task bothered frieza, however he could not bring himself to say no to his commander...he was secretly hypnotized after all!

though there was another who was ordered to keep watch over the green slaves, someone who frieza was very familiar with: cooler. the changeling lord's own brother! frieza was no fool, he was aware that his brother disliked him greatly - the younger changeling could notice it in cooler whenever they exchanged words, but it did not bother frieza. caring for what others felt was something frieza did not believe in; why should he care about what someone else thought of him? all that mattered to frieza, was power! feelings were nothing in comparison to physical strength, dashing speed and overwhelming ki in the red eyes of frieza - his heart did not need to receive any kind feelings, just as it never gave kind feelings out either.

frieza sat in his hovering chair, looking over at the slaves as they continued to work in the sun. his eyes drifted over to his brother several times out of curiosity, wondering what he would be doing with this rather boring task they were given, though it seemed cooler was feeling quite violent when he displayed a death beam by piercing the chest of an old, helpless namekian. a half-amused grunt came from frieza as the poor namekian dropped, the small boy trying to help the old man who was definitely heading to the afterlife, cooler appearing to prepare another vicious beam for this younger soul.

although, it was at that moment that frieza remembered - one of his men had alerted frieza days before that a young member of a namekian slave group was sighted using healing powers of some sort...described to the changeling as a namekian child! unaware of whatever cooler was asking the boy or what the circumstances were, frieza advanced eagerly towards the pair and interrupted whatever situation was taking place. if frieza's ideas were right...a namekian with the power to heal others would mean they came from the dragon clan!

"brother, would you wait a moment ?" frieza asked, a slight smirk present on his pale face, "i'd like to have a...chat with our little green friend here before you get rid of him." he stated, still resting in his hovering chair, bearing his first form.

if this really was a young member of the dragon clan, and frieza's hunch was right...you can bet that frieza had a plan for him.

[Cooler]

And after waiting a bit longer the young Namekian would respond, but they'd respond with giving the least amount of info they could it seemed. They were hiding something clearly, yes they were trying to help the elder and now dead Namekian, but how? It involved some sort of energy as he had witnessed the glowing himself and the boy was holding no other source of light, so energy had to be the cause. The evil look upon his face seemed stuck as so, and only turned to annoyance once he got a sense of something coming. It was sort of a twins ability to almost sense one another, but without the part of being twins, as Cooler had no twin, just a younger and much more annoying brother. He knew this feeling all too well, turning on his heel Cooler turned to face his brother Frieza. His Death Beam still charged and ready to be fired. Listening to Frieza he showed an expression of annoyance, how dare he get involved in Cooler's affairs?! Not showing any signs of lowering his extended finger Cooler began glaring at his runt brother before speaking. "I'm afraid that is not possible Frieza, I've taken an interest in this little one, and I plan on taking him as my own slave."

[/color] Turning to face the boy as he kept his finger aimed at Frieza he turned his glare towards the boy. "Isn't that right, little Namekian?!"[/color]

L... Lord Frieza... Citole could just feel the beads of sweat rolling down the side of his face. He nearly jumped out of his skin at the words ‘before you get rid of him’. Frieza couldn’t seriously mean to allow... but... Citole hadn’t actually done anything wrong. Oh, what he wouldn’t give to go back a few mere minutes and tell himself not to act so recklessly.

This situation wasn’t good at all, his entire time in slavery he had tried so hard just to make sure that Frieza would never take any notice of him... Do what they tell you to and they won’t have any cause to single you out. Well, the evil changeling had noticed him now.

The evil glare of Cooler’s aimed toward Citole, and the words that followed, were enough to cause the Namekian to stumble backward. His heart was still pounding, not to mention he had absolutely no idea how he should answer Cooler’s question. Anything he said could easily anger either or both brothers. And it wasn’t as if it was any choice of his own who owned him as a slave.

Being in the presence of these two, the Namekian began to shake even more than he had been earlier. He felt not unlike a tiny mouse, cornered by two much larger predators, and both intended to devour him. So he did the only thing he could think of... he kept silent.

frieza beared a scowl on his face at cooler's words, assuming that his cold brother must of wanted the small green slave simply because frieza showed interest, possibly a way to get back at him. glaring at cooler for a moment, crimson eyes shifted over to the scared namekian briefly, clearly seeing the fear that was present in him, though not caring for such a thing, before his eyes slowly locked back onto cooler. they had never gotten on so well compared to other families who loved each other, and it was quite clear - frieza disliked his older brother and he could only imagine that cooler did not like him much either.

however, frieza noticed the scared silence from the young namekian which made him let out an amused grunt. "it seems like he doesn't agree with you there, i'm only assuming his silence means a polite 'no'." the younger changeling smirked, hoping cooler would get the message and back off so frieza could talk with this possible dragon clan member. if cooler slaughtered what could be such a valuable advantage for frieza, you can imagine how annoyed that would make the sadistic changeling prince.

hoping that his brother was not going to continue making this harder than it should of been, frieza still noticed the deadly, glowing death beam ready at the finger of his brother - frieza did not want such a dangerous attack to be fired in the direction of the young namekian, after all there would be no way such a kid could survive a trademark changeling attack. if this really was a member of the dragon clan...frieza wanted to take him for himself, which meant not telling cooler about why he wanted this poor green child.

"be a good brother and give us a moment in private."

More silence, more emotions of fear and such, as well as more stumbling about were the only thing that the young Namekian before him would give to Cooler as a response to his question. Eyes bulging in shock of such blatant disrespect caused Cooler's eyes to quickly shrink into an intense glare. His Death Beam charged finger still aimed at his little brother Frieza, Cooler would sneer at the words of Frieza. As if any slave had a choice to be or not to be a slave of Cooler's, what a joke. And without looking at his brother he began his response to Frieza's words. "I think you misheard me, little brother...this Namekian is MY slave, he has no choice in the matter!"

[/color] Slowly turning his head to face Frieza he lightened up his intense anger to a more annoyed facial feature, his red orbs focusing on his fragile looking brother, he really had to kill that brat sometime soon rather than finding out why he was working for such a weakling as Hypno. "If you don't leave now Frieza then there's going to be a serious issue that will be dealt with accordingly."[/color] He was serious, and his facial expression mirrored it perfectly.

To be completely honest, Citole wasn't sure if there was anything that he could possibly put into this little argument. He may have been too terrified to speak up in the first place, but regardless of that, he didn't think that either brother would want to truly hear a word out of him, a slave. The Namekian had no say in what was to happen to him, Cooler wanted Citole for his own slave... and Frieza wanted to 'talk' with the young Namekian, he hardly wanted to think about what the phrase 'talk' possibly meant, whatever it was it would probably end with Citole dead.

Lord Frieza and Lord Cooler, between those two the Namekian's eyes darted, back and forth. The two changelings were both violent creatures, but were they actually going to begin attacking each other, despite the fact that they were brothers? It looked as though that was where this situation was leading to...

the changelings were not having a great time together, and by the looks of things a battle could of kicked off at any moment, though frieza was not as short-tempered right now to retaliate with his own threat of a potential attack. instead, frieza continued to peacefully sit in his hover chair, wanting to deal with this matter in a rather social way. however, it had seemed that something was biting away at cooler's patience for some reason - and it was not making things any easier for the younger changeling.

frieza's fearless eyes looked at the death beam being pointed at him from cooler's finger, disapproval present on lord frieza's face. "you dare to threaten your own brother?" frieza muttered disappointingly, a sinister tone to his voice. "and what do you think our father would think of this, hm?" he slowly added, fully aware that the deadly beam of ki could come blitzing his way at any moment.

red eyes shifted onto the most likely scared namekian boy, just to make sure he was standing his ground and not planning to run away - frieza would not blame anyone who wanted to flee when two changeling warriors were close to them, especially if those warriors were himself and cooler. these were two monsters who could destroy planets if they so wished, monsters who were not even afraid of slaughtering men, women and children alike; a small part of frieza was somewhat impressed that the young boy didn't run away or cry out in fear! however, he could care less for the boy's feelings and what not - all he wanted from the potential dragon clan member, was the chance to gain the dragonballs.

frieza was beginning to get annoyed with his difficult brother.

[Cooler]

One Step Too Many

No snappy come back? Had Frieza matured a bit? Ha, impossoible Cooler thought to himself. The brat that was the favored child of the Cold Family, the runt that attempted to kill Cooler every chance he got. The thorn that had been in Cooler's side since their birth, Frieza was a deceptive, manipulating child in Cooler's eyes. Still glaring at his brother he couldn't help, but close his eyes as he began shaking his head before opening them, his gaze turning from the ground he stood upon back to his brother's eyes. "Father? How old are we again Frieza?"

[/color] Shaking his head once more he canceled out his Death Beam charge finally and lowered his arms before letting them extend outwards from his hips just slightly, as if motioning for Frieza to bring on a fight. "Don't act like you never relish at the dream of killing me Frieza. Don't act like every failed attempt you've brought my way hasn't piled up fueled logs to your burning desire to end my life."[/color] Grinning like a mad devil he shot a glance to the Namekian behind him. "Don't try running."[/color] Quickly turning his attention back to Frieza he continued to grin. "Don't worry, I don't feel like killing you...yet."[/color]
