It was an oddly calm day here in West City, as calm as you'd expect it to be with South City having been taken into control by Frieza. But things were about to get peculiar. On the outskirts of the city approached a strange looking blonde individual, he was clad in all white clothing and would obviously draw quite a bit of attention. The android slowly walked, almost as if he were in some sort of daze as he observed the towns features and people. But, his blank stares at everything were being returned by the very same towns people. As he walked, a couple of kids played around on the sidewalk. But Angelus paid them no regard for the time being. But that changed when one of the children ran into this strange man.
The kid fell to the ground, only to look up and see the eerily tall individual glancing back down at him. "I'm sorry sir! Please forgive me." Angelus continued to look at him, a blank expression across his face as the kid started to back away, thinking he was off the hook. "Hm.." Angelus walked on past the child, taking his attention off of him for the time being. The kid couldn't help but give a weird stare at this man as he walked off in the distance.
But wait! This strange man came to a stop in the distance, and turned his gaze towards the child once more.. "Beg whatever deities you believe in, in your afterlife for that forgiveness." Just then, Angelus launched a finger beam at the child, catching him right square in the chest. This action caused a generally scared, and fearful reaction from any onlookers, all of whom would scatter in fear from the Android. The white clad man would walk back towards the boy, who was now on the ground gasping for air, his life disappearing before Angelus' very eyes.
"Interesting.." Angelus spoke, all the while observing the suffering he had induced upon this poor child in its final moments. [/font]

Post by Future Trunks on Sept 3, 2011 3:16:57 GMT -5
It had been some time since Trunks had been back to this time period. He'd left it in peace and had stopped the Androids from doing to this time what they had done to his but it seemed that peace was something that he took for granted. After finally making it back to try and right the horrible wrongs he'd come to find many things had changed. He'd done his best to hide his true identity from this time period and had kept a low profile, learning what he could about the changes that had come to pass. He now found himself flying over West City, his hair tied back to keep it in check, and it seemed rather quiet. It didn't look damaged and the people seemed normal enough and Trunks took some level of comfort in that. However, he soon heard screaming and shouting and his instincts kicked in.
He'd been masking his power level ever since he'd arrived in this time so as not to alert anyone to a brand new substantial power appearing out of no where and so that he could take the time he would need to learn about what had happened. Strangely enough though he couldn't sense anything from the area he'd begun flying towards. As he arrived he landed nearby and ran the rest of the way. He looked on in horror as he saw the child on the ground, the smoking wound from his chest, and his anger nearly caused him to loose control. His masked power level would keep him from being noticed right away but he still couldn't feel anything coming from the man. For Trunks that meant only one thing, Android... This was one that he'd never seen before, much like when he'd seen 19 and 20, but none the less it was still an Android and as such he was not going to let the murder of a child go without incident.
In an instant his arms began moving rapidly before he finally brought them together, palms out, in front of him. His index fingers and thumbs were touching and forming a diamond, the tell tale sign of his attack. "How about you fight someone your own size!" The moment he spoke the final words a ball of golden energy would blast forth towards Angelus at incredible speed. He didn't think it would take him out but it would at least take his attention away from the child and other innocent civilians

Angelus continued to stand over the boy, as the screams of onlookers echoed throughout the city. Just then, he felt a sudden spike in a power level nearby. And soon after a statement about fighting someone his own size. Without even looking in that direction, he would narrowly flip out of the way of a blast of what seemed to be rather powerful energy. Angelus continued to observe the boy, slowly approaching again in a calm manner, before slowly turning his head in the direction of this unknown assailant. His expression remained blank as he watched this man, while in complete and total intrigue.. Someone who can utilize the type of energy required to send a blast like that was surprising indeed, he thought.
"I guess this place is not devoid of entertainment after all.." The eerily calm Android stated in a devilish tone, not taking his eyes off of his enemy for the slightest moment. He observed in silence still, trying to assess the situation and figure out just what this fighter was. It was peculiar, he had been programmed with a bit of information on this planet. But, there was nothing about humanoids with that kind of ability. He realized they were capable of some level of power. But, that exceeded what he were aware of by far. Angelus turned his gaze back on the child. "I assume this rude interruption was because you have some sort of an issue with my test.." Angelus referred to his testing of the capabilities of these humans. He had a level of intrigue about this creatures, and he wanted to learn all he could through destruction.
Just then, Angelus lifted his foot and stomped right down on the child's skull with an almost inhuman amount of force, adding insult to injury by crushing it completely. Angelus stood there, his foot remaining on the boys skull. You could hear it crackling from the force that remained on it from Angelus' weight. "Oops. I think I've stepped in something." He said sarcastically, before holding his hand up in the air, opening the palm. Suddenly, a disc of energy appeared from his palm. And right then and there, Angelus launched the Destructo Disk in the direction of Trunks. It seemed to be a warning shot from the Android.. But chances were, things were going to get a bit messy.

Vanto was walking around, clad in his uniform, his backpack slinging back and forth with each step. His onyx eyes seemed blank, as if the boy was in a trance. He gently grasped the strap of his backpack, rubbing his thumb against the wool over and over, deep in thought. Alright, so I seem to be getting a lil' better with my ki, but I have a lot of work to do, he thought, coming to a halt at the end of the sidewalk, looking up at the traffic sign. As soon as the walking sign appeared, he stepped onto the crosswalk when the sound of a high pitch frequency rang through the air, following by the screams of many citizens. The cars around him came to a stop, and he stood there, looking on as a group of civilians came running from one direction, all frantic. Vanto stood there, confused, his hands are his side lazily, a distant look on his face. "What the..." He muttered, and began to sprint towards the civilians.
He pushed through the people, muttering his apologies as he knocked child, adult and elderly alike aside. There was an explosion from a couple feet in front of him, and he halted, looking on shock. Through the sea of running people, he could make out two stationary figures. One had purple hair and his arms out, while the other stood there, with his back faced to the purple haired man, one foot propped up on something. Vanto pushed through the people, and finally came to the battle field. He was shocked by what he saw.
The blond man had one foot in a pool of blood, brain matter and bone fragments. The man soon summoned a golden disc of energy and tossed it at the purple haired man. Vanto dropped his backpack, and took a cautious step forward. "Look out!" He warned, directed at the purple haired figure. He didn't have his sword on him, but he had to do without. The young warrior concentrated, a bead of sweat appearing on the side of his head as he reached deep into his ki reserves, a faint blue aura appearing around him. Vanto was channeling a fair amount of aura, but he seemed like he was straining. Assuming the blond haired man was the enemy, the raven haired boy attempted to keep a blank look on his face, trying to hide his struggling.
With his fists clenched at his sides, Vanto looked at both men, then focused on the blond one. "What's going on here?" He asked, more to himself than to anyone there.
