[atrb=cellPadding,5,true][atrb=style, background: #777777; border-radius:0px 0px 15px 0px; -moz-border-radius:0px 0px 15px 0px;][style= color: #000000; width: 310px; height: 300px; overflow-y:scroll;] NAME ► ixia gladiolas the red fern AGE ► thirty years old but, she appears to be around her late teens to her early twenties (seventeen to twenty years old) GENDER ► female RACE ► alien -- crescerean (see history for more information) ALIGNMENT ► bad BIRTHPLACE ► the planet crescere (see history for more information) RESIDENCE ► south city OCCUPATION ► part of frieza's army APPEARANCE: like other crescereans and most aliens, ixia has a rather unusual yet humanoid appearance. she is five feet and five inches tall and has a pale white complexion. she has white waist-length hair with small, thin vines with red leaves wrapped around her front locks. on her head rests a hairband with red leaves in a "somewhat" loose manner where the white strap hangs just below her chin. she has purple eyes but, there is something unusual about these eyes -- the pupils are not black but white and have a fork-like shape to them. as for her attire, it consists of a long-sleeved black and white blouse with a unique abstract design, light red frills on the hems of the sleeves and purple frills on the bottom hem of the blouse. along with this blouse, she wears black skin tight shorts. as for footwear, she wears black shoes with purple leaf-like edges. other noticeable features about ixia are the two vines behind her shoulders -- the nickname "the red fern" came from this section of her appearance. they are completely attached to her shoulder blades and approximately a meter and a half in length. they are black colored with large red leaves and red sickle-like blades at their ends. there are also black permanent tattoos on both of her legs -- which actually goes from her hips down to her middle toes -- that resemble these vines. LIKES: the sun spring rain exploring finding out secrets teasing others (as well as pushing their buttons) trying new things DISLIKES: monotony silence sitting still being ignored admitting to a loss bland foods like the the roots of a bellatulus tree on crescere which smell sweet but are tasteless. remeo seeds (from her home planet crescere) -- small peach colored seeds with a faint green line down their centers. they smell foul when boiled and taste disgusting when eaten but, they are used to cure common ailments such as headaches, migraines, colds, fevers, and flues as well as a few physical injuries such as cuts that are not too deep, fractures and bruises. PERSONALITY: open-minded observant perceptive playful determined reliable a bit too curious slightly sarcastic mischievous stubborn callous sadistic STRENGTHS: agile flexible hand-to-hand combat reliable -- despite being who she is, ixia can get the job or task that was given to her done most of the time her curiosity -- sometimes she can find "good" information due to being the curious crescerean she is WEAKNESSES: the vines behind her shoulders -- she can be thrown easily if someone grabs a hold of them plus grabbing and pulling them is like pulling and tugging hair/limbs to ixia. her curiosity -- she has the tendency to stick her nose into other people's businesses (which leads to the possibility of her getting killed) her stubbornness callous -- she does not give a damn about her allies who get hurt or die because it is their fault for falling before their enemies nor those who get involved in the crossfire. reckless WEAPONS / PERSONAL ITEMS: scouter a small pouch of remeo seeds her vines -- she is able to manipulate them at will to extend or retract, grab or strangle her opponent(s) -- if he/she/they are close enough -- and possibly cut or rip through their flesh with their sickle-like blades. the maximum distance these vines can extend up to is five meters. crescere is an exotic yet dangerous planet. it is very diverse with its plant life -- beautiful sites, unique smelling plants and flowers, plants and insects you have never seen before nor heard of, trees and roots that are taller and thicker than the ones on earth, and you get the idea. but, do not let this beauty fool you -- nearly everything on crescere will kill and/or eat you alive, which explains the reason why those who travel to this planet do not return to their home planets with their lives most of the time (those who return to their home planets alive are considered very lucky). there are no animals or humans on this planet but, there are humanoid looking beings called "crescereans".

crescereans (cree-share-ree-ans)
crescereans look like hybrids of humans and plants, and named after plants, flowers and trees. each crescerean has a unique appearance of his or her own. they have a life span of a hundred and twenty years and power levels vary among each individual (actually up to staff what the base power level is for crescereans). most crescereans are capable of fighting while others are knowledgeable in healing and curing -- making remedies, medicines, finding out which plant does what on crescere, etc. -- and sometimes they are capable of both.

they have a duty on crescere: chase or kill off any foreigner they find on their planet. the reason? in the past, crescereans were not as hostile; they welcomed foreigners to see what their planet was like, showed them what some plants did and what kind of creatures there are but, all of that changed. there were a group of aliens that abused crescere's resources and plant life so they could make a base of their own on the planet -- chopping down trees, polluting water bodies with fuel sources and garbage, etc. furious, crescereans chased them off but, the aliens fought back which caused a short war -- the crescereans won. since that event, they do not allow any foreign races on crescere anymore.

ixia was tired of doing the same routine -- chasing and killing other aliens and helping other crescereans to see what the plant life is capable of. she wanted to get away from this monotony and she was able to because she found a space pod that was once used by a random alien that was killed by them. she was able to use it because of her curiosity and random pushing of buttons.

after a long trip in space, ixia found herself on earth when dr. hypnos's reign just began. without any resistance, she found herself being enlisted in frieza's army. she found this very interesting but, she does not know how long this interest will last for she does not like monotony.[/ul]
