School: Capsule Corp Staff Justification: I know he technically fits the condition (no flight) but I still want to explain how a high-functioning sociopath with a learning disability would be hired by what amounts to a respected INTERGALACTIC SCIENCY PLACE. Officially he is works as a 'consultant' for CC security forces and also acts as the go to person for testing whether or not something is idiot-proof, i.e. if it can break he will break it.
