Well, I know that I'm not quite on my admin account right now, however, yes, I am Kazai, the admin.
Anyway, I have finished the Earth boards for now. However, now I am looking for ideas for subboards. I'm just looking for some basic and interesting locations to act as subboards. For example, maybe the Capsule Corp building in West City would be a good subboard for there.
In any case, I will be rewarding 100 zenie for every subboard that is posted which I use. 
A reminder, Zenie can be used to either join a new school, make your own custom technique, or (in the future) to train in special locations like the Pendulum room or the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to increase your power level.

Board Title: Korin Tower
Board Description: Under Kami's Lookout is a tower built in honor of a hero who lived on Earth once. On the tower's top lives a cat sage who watches upon everything that happens on everything with his accompanied samurai Yajirobe. The cat has made the tower's top into its home and the tower itself a challenge to anybody who thinks they can keep on climbing. His name is Korin and he may teach you of his secrets in martial arts if he sees you fit.
Board Title: New Orin Temple
Board Description: After the battle on East City, the city has been completely destroyed as well as the temple of monks that inhabited the place. A few years later they managed to resettle with a new temple they managed to build up from the remains of the city, now living in peace there too. A visitor to Orin Temple would most likely want to atone for their sins or learn of the monks' secrets.

Board Title: Furnace of Eight Divisions
Subboard of: Other Places
Board Description: A gigantic furnace located beneath Mount Five Elements, it is the steam this huge inferno gives off that allows souls to pass safely from this world to the Otherworld. On very special occasions it is possible to meet deceased family members in this place. The furnace itself is said to take about 200 years to re-ignite if the flames were to stop for even a moment, which would allow demons to take over the world.
Board Title: Dr. Gero's Lab
Subboard of: North City
Board Description: Located in a mountain range that surrounds North City, Dr. Gero's Lab is the last place on earth under control of the Red Ribbon Army, which now only consists of Dr. Gero himself and his androids. Finding this location is incredibly difficult and breaking into the lab itself is even harder.
Board Title: Mushroom Forest
Subboard of: Satan City
Board Description: An area just beyond Satan City that is close to Diablo Desert, the Mushroom Forest is an area occupied by mushrooms that are as great as or even greater than large trees in size. When people ran to escape Frieza's rule, the bandits and outlaws took up residence here, forming large gangs.
Board Title: Fortuneteller Baba's Palace
Subboard of: Other Places
Board Description: A huge oasis in the middle of the desert, this palace is home to Fortuneteller Baba and her roster of powerful fighters. Those who want to get their fortunes told either pay large sums of money or fight their way through her five strongest warriors. Baba also offers services to bring the dead back to Earth for one day only.

Board Title: Tongari Tower (West City)
Sub-board of: West City
Board Description: The largest of the many communications towers in West City. This tower is the main broadcasting towers and handles all of Frieza's broadcasts.
Board Title: Triceratops Jungle
Sub-board of: West City
Board Description: A large jungle located just outside of the populous West City. As the name would suggest, it is home to several triceratops and is the home of the now-defunct red-ribbon army mercenaries.
Board Title: Diablo Desert
Sub-board of: Satan City
Board Description: A large spacious desert located just outside of Satan City. It is the home of the people who have managed to escape Frieza's rule and lives as hermits. However, the inhabitants (animals and humans) are very aggressive.
Board Title: Spinach Wastes
Sub-board of: East City
Board Description: A farmland on the outskirts of the ruins of East City's ruins. This place has been abandoned, leaving the large green field usable for others activities, such as training. However, there are always a platoon of Frieza's soldiers stalking the plains, for some unknown reason...

Board Title: Papaya Islands
Subboard of: Other Places
Board Description: A set of islands that is host to the World Martial Arts Tournament. The Islands are only open during the season that the tournament is being hosted. Fighters from all over the world come here to try and prove that they are the best fighter in the world.
Board Title: Snake Way
Subboard of: Check-In Station
Board Description: This is the road that takes you from King Yemma's check in to King Kai's planet. This long windy, twisty, curvy, narrow path is above hell. If a person falls off it, they will fall through a thin layer of cloud and end up in hell. But for those who are able to completely cross the way, will be able to train with King Kai.
Board Title: Princess Snake's Palace
Subboard of: Check-In Station
Board Description: This is home to Princess Snake. The palace is located in the middle of Snake Way. People who are trying to get to King Kai's planet, often get tired. They can either sleep on the way, or try and take a chance with staying here at the Palace. If someone stays at the palace, it is said, they are never seen again, because of Princess snake always gets what she wants.

Board Title: Room Of Spirit and Time
Subboard of: Kami's Lookout
Board Description: A place located on Kami's Lookout. Inside the chamber, time seems to pass very slowly, with one year in the chamber being one day on the outside. There is a higher gravity level than Earth's. A step over the threshold of the training area brings one immediately into 10x Earth's gravity, the air gets denser, and the temperature fluctuates, the deeper one goes into the training area.
Board Title: Pacific Island
Subboard of: Other Places
Board Description: A large island located in the middle of the ocean. The island is home to little wildlife and is a rather open area. This is an ideal training area.
