He doesn't have any canon transformations, kinda like how Frieza doesn't have a fifth form, so I'm not sure if you can have any? But, that's up to staff to decide, just trying ta help though.

You guy's are referencing what a GAME says. At most in CANON they say his power is comparabl to FRIEZA'S.

Vladius look at this~ n, Cold himself, and Vegeta (in the original Japanese version, as well as in the English dub of Dragon Ball Kai) reference King Cold as being even more powerful than Frieza.
and kazai which transformation am i allowed since he is in his second form as his base form so a little clarification would be nice

You are only allowed his second form, his base form. Also, understand that the power level that I assign for you when you are approved is assuming you were in your first form, which you are not using. So you will always have to multiply your power level for your second form when you rp.
