Your history and stuff feels like it came straight off of wikipedia. "Frieza was shown to do..." what? lol.... This is an RP. Either Frieza did do it or he didn't. We're not just referencing the anime and the games in our profiles.

i wrote my own history actually and copied only a few things from king colds history from his wikia because there wasnt much so i made up alot of it and i dont see where this freeza was shown to thing lol

This application is not very impressive. I think it requires a complete overhaul. There is a lot of stuff to fix. It looks as though it is just a wikipedia compilation of facts rather than having an actual "appearance" or "history" section like a standard app should. This site is not wikipedia. Also, he should have an age. You can pick stuff like that since it has to be known.
I would advise you to make a new character, but if you are sure that this is the character you want and you are willing to put more work into it to make it at least (what I consider) decent, then you may feel free.
I am also handing over reviewing your application to either Leah or Stark.
