PERSONALITY: Characteristic Traits that described a person in a variety of ways to explain their best qualities as a individual: Visionary Teacher Organizer Mediator Idealist Provider Roy's Personality Unlike the typical Byronic-Hero, Roy is a love stuck dramatic fool who is marked with simplicity. As a child, Roy took a liking to both masculine and feminine things. He had successfully fulfilled playing the role of a beautiful bishonen-liking supporting character. Overtime he out grew this phase and moved on too the next best thing, he is now considered a Bidanshi Hero still fulfilling the similar roles as a bishonen. But now older and considered a 'Handsome Man". He is very sensitive, intelligent, and straight-forward individual. He can be viewed as naive and outspoken youth for his age, even during the most serious times: he can never take anything too seriously. Unfortunately, Roy's desires to consistently "Wig Out" or be center of attention makes him slightly narcissistic in nature. Whenever the focus isn't on him, Roy will always tries to find someway to make everyone pay attention to him. His feeling are particularly seen this way towards his allies, whom he seems to find himself more important than. Roy's selflessness and kindness is a trait to be admired by all. This sense of honor that compels him to be compassionate to other and help them out to the best of his abilities, even though they maybe his enemy. Though most of the time he is horrible mistreated by others, his disposition made up of choice and desire for the happiness of others drives him to be kind and compassionate to others even those who don't deserve such acts of kindness. Though sometimes his charitable acts may sometimes go unnoticed by those he helped, a sense of pride and satisfaction warms his wooing heart. And most of the time that is all the reward he needs, even though he may not show it at times by throwing a hissy fit. The most influential person on his choice of life-style is none other then his mother. Roy's mother was a gentle soul, whose kindness was well known through his clan. His desire to become just like his mother leads him down a tireless road of selfless acts of kindness. Most of his acts of Benevolence are life and death situation, he tends to take them to the extreme to help people out. Even if it means to head to hell and back just for someone's lost wallet. This feature has made Roy a very well likable person to those who get to known him, as he is edger to befriend anyone. His acts of kindness can be seen through his actions of adopting an orphan child he found in the woods. After reclaiming the child back from the clutches from a mother bear, he later took the child to an orphanage to leave in the care of the nuns. But slowly falling in love with the little bundle of joy, he was compiled to sneak in the orphanage to reclaim the child once again as his own and raise her as his daughter.
Roy's Contentment:
Being an easy person to please, roy is quite content with his easy going life and any trials they may come his way. When being dragged into a situation he doesn't wish to be apart of, he'll make the best of it and go along until he can find a way to make it his own story. Though nothing can really damper Roy's spirits, their have been a few times of weakness he doesn't like the situation he is in. There are times where he will find himself in acquired and usual predicaments that he just wishes to avoid. A well known example of these scenarios is the unpredictable battles between him and "The Kurabu" also known as the mango crab. These random sequence of events seem to be drawn to him by an unknown force. Besides these random events that make him feel unease at times, the most uncomfortable thing Roy deals with is none other than Rook. The fact that Rook can control his body at any given moment frightens him beyond belief. Also the fact he hears his voice in his head is somewhat creepy throwing him off balance at times, since he is unable to ignore him like he does to the rest of the world.
Roy's Creativity:
Roy can viewed as a naive and outspoken youth of his generation, even during the most serious times; he can never take anything too seriously. Also, his desire to consistently 'Wig Out' of be the center of attentions makes him slightly narcissistic in nature. However his ability to see something in a new way, to see and solve problems no one else may know exists, and to engage in mental and physical experiences that are new, unique, and different in ways that can't be described. This trait can be viewed as the highlight of his personality. This enigma's thought process seems to be quite unique. Where most people come up with a single correct answer for a problem. His divergent thinking allows him to come up with new and unusual answers. Roy has the tendency of being impulsive and spontaneous making him an unpredictable wild card. This nonconformity person doesn't enjoy going with the crowd, he views it quite dull to do such things like that. Roy is unafraid to express himself in his unique and crazy ways. Because of this roy has learned to be self-reliant and unafraid to voice his true feelings even if it goes against conventional wisdom. With roy their is nothing impossible he can not do. Instead for him the impossible is possible, while the possible is impossible. This unique paradox baffles the most sane of minds on how he can solve such a complex riddle, but can't put a t.v dinner in the microwave.
Roy's Dependability:
If there was anyone you need to place your trust in, roy would be a safe bet. Being the lovable lug he is, roy has always been the type of person you can depend upon. His desire to help those in need has made this quality about himself very admirable. His integrity, trustfulness, and trustfulness traits has always encourage people to rely on him. And when others finally decided to place their trust and confidence in him. He'll do his best to help them out no matter the cost, this can also be said about himself. He has always been a trustworthy person relying on anyone he considers his friends. It's because of that he has always fallen into traps, trusting people that always say they have candy in the back of their van. If it wasn't for his counter-part 'Rook'. Roy would have lost his life for being to d**n trustworthy. Rook as always watched over him, urging him never to do stupid things that would endanger his life. Other then being gullible. Roy is the best person to rely on, cause no matter the situation he'll never turn his back on you and will always have your back when the time is needed.
Roy's Enthusiasm:
Being the over zealous individual that he is, roy makes the simplest of pleasures seem like an exhilarating experience. Adventurous by heart and constantly busy with many activates, completing with all the energy and enthusiasm of the Puer Aeternus (Peter pan Complex). Roy enjoys to indulge himself in many purculiar activates, this usually can be seen through his ever day actions. Still this should be excepted from a person who has an ADHD-Type of personality, which often borderlines which his psychotic craving for attention. He tends to exaggerate foolish characteristics at times, usually this is his natural behavior. While sometimes he forces himself to act in this behavior to make people feel nonthreatening by his presence and to ease off tension in the room. Normally, roy exhibits an un-health obsession of love for woman he tends to find attractive. Roy's enthusiasm for ever little things is somewhat overboard, but it can't be helped. He loves to experience new things, and loves to have fun while doing so. So if they over zealous fool ever becomes interested in you or your line of work. It's best to flow with it, cause resisting it will only spike his interest which will only lead to pain and suffering to those around him.
Roy Humility:
Modesty is actually one of roy's most formidable traits, believe it or not. He's not a prideful person who enjoys boast about their power, skills or superior talent to others. He does acknowledge that he has talent and respects it, he is also thankful to his mother that he has such a blessed gift. Though he was gifted at birth, and is considered to be a powerful individual, he doesn't let it get to his head. Unlike most people who are greatly talented, he actually acknowledges he has limitation and flaws. Accepting this fact, he rather enjoys catching those mistakes and tries to improve himself to be better for the sheer sport. Roy doesn't like to compare himself with others, he finds it somewhat of a waste of time to try to become the person or better than them. Instead he prefers to be himself and no one else, but he can't help to admire other peoples talents and skills. When he actually find someone he admires and can help them in away, he tries his best to help them out no matter the cost. At times arrogance seems to be a trait of his, but in reality that arrogance is just his childish behavior acting out. A strange quality of roy is that he actually enjoys fighting others, he respect their creed of life. This could one day lead to his downfall. Roy enjoys helping people where ever joys, no matter how much they may seem veil he will try to help. However, their are exception where he will refuse to help them simply because he can sense their evil deeds. There was a time in roy's life where he met a person in combat, no matter how much roy tried he couldn't touch him. He then started to question his abilities to his, his pride finally was showing. It wasn't till he finally realized what he had to do. He forgot about his pride and even his humility. When he got back up to fight he wasn't fighting to beat or defeat his opponent, he wanted to play with his opponent in a game of tag. He defeated his opponent in battle by simply keep away from his attacks when he was it, and attacking him when he got tagged in attempts to tag him.
Roy's Loyalty:
If his loyalty was transmuted into food, their would be no more world hunger in the world. His devotion to his country, creed, family, and friends are beyond belief. Simply, because he will be more than willing to throw his life away to save his country or a life of a love one. When it comes to his allegiance towards his country, roy will be the first one at the front lines to fend off any oncoming threat single handle if need be. He loves his nation with all his heart, he enjoys roaming the fields of his nation and experiencing the nature it has to offer him. He admires the people in his nation, mostly because they tolerate his childish behavior and don't fear him, because of his alter-self. His fidelity to his friends and family is an admirable trait. Though roy isn't the type of person to ask for an handout when need. He's willing enough to lend a helping hand to his loved ones. There have been times where roy has almost sacrificed himself to save a dying comrades help, even if he only knew the person for less than five minutes. He still consider him a friend and would die trying to save him. When it comes to his family their is no higher devotion than this. The only people left in roy's family is his beloved mother and adopted daughter, and for those two he would fight the entire world just to save them. Even if it meant betraying his country, friends and throwing all he believe in. At one point, he was about to sacrifice his life to save his mother. Something that even rook agreed on doing, like roy he is willing to throw everything away for safety and love of his family. If any harm would come to his family members, roy has already vowed he would hunt them down until even into the after life to seek his vengeance and once he caught them he would make them suffer for all entirety. When roy makes a commitment to complete or do something, he makes an obligation to see it through at any expense.
Roy's Responsibility:
Not one of roy's most favorable qualities. Being a free-spirited roy doesn't enjoy taking on responsibilities. He prefers to be more carefree out of anything else and not have to worry about anything. However, responsibility is part of his life regardless how many times he tries to avoid it. But when the time comes for him to finally be responsible he will take up the job without any complaints. No matter how free-spirited he is, he will always man up to his faults and take punishment for them. Even if they aren't actually his faults to begin with. Overtime as he became older, roy has taken on the role of being more responsible a little more seriously. Now that he has his own little child to take care of, still there are times when he becomes a lazy and prefers not to do anything. This maybe one of the reason why he is never around the village, if he is not there. The kage won't be able to issue him mission to complete.
Roy's Self-Control:
Despite his childish behavior roy has remarkable self-control over his primal urges. His willpower to make difficult choices between temptation and control is impressive. Roy is hardly ever seen giving into his temptation, the only time he ever caves in is for some form of snack or attention. Self-control to resist these temptations has lead him to have a higher self-esteem, better interpersonal skills, and better emotional responses to people and actions. Roy doesn't like to indulge himself in self-gratification, he fears if he did such things he would do nothing else but that. Another time he losses his self-control is when he consumes alcohol, his low tolerance for the stuff sends him in a drunken state almost immediately. When intoxicated his strength may increase, but his willpower is completely diminished as he keeps consuming drinks thought his gut tells him other wise. A main provider on why roy has such great self-control is his alter ego. Everyday he has to resist the urges of becoming his counter-part 'Rook'. He fears if he ever gave into rook's desires he would be lost forever and his counter-part will cause terror amongst the people he loves and cherish. It's because of that roy has such remarkable willpower to avoid any temptations that may come his way. However, if the day ever comes that he gave in to his darkside. The true embodiment of roy's evil will awake.

Rook's Personality
Rook, though his name derives from Rookie you shouldn't let names fool you. In comparison with his counter-part Roy, Rook is far more dangerous and skillful unlike any being you have ever seen. He demeanor on the world is strictly -disgusted-. Being the embodiment of evil and the counter-part, he doesn't view life as fun-filled like Roy. Instead he despises man kind and wishes to annihilated to make it into an image he could possible love. However, being evil he still has a soft spot, that soft spot is called Roy. Who refuses and restrains Rook's inner evil. But if Roy would ever truly become unconscious and unable to suppress his darkest desire. The true Rook would emerge to destroy everything that he loves. For now, Rook is somewhat under control. He prefers to keep to himself and ignore others, though there are times they will bug him he will have the urge to kill them which he will try but not succeed cause of Roy.
Rook has always been more vigilant then his counter-part. Being more of a cautious person than roy, rook has always excepted the unexpected. This is no easy task to accomplish since his counter-part has a knack of getting himself in to weird and unbelievable situations. This six sense of his has saved his life on numerous of occasions. Observing his surroundings before heading into a room or open area has always gave rook an upper hand in combat. Even more so, rook has always been on his toes when meeting new people. He never lets his guard down around people, even the ones he known for years. He will always keep his distance never trusting no one but himself. This sense of security has always proven affective, but also a challenge since he has no one relay on in combat.
Rook's Boldness:
Being an excessively bold person is a understatement when trying to describe Rook. He's never hesitant of fearful in the face of danger or scared of braking the rules to move forward. This trait may possible be one of the few good things of Rook. He fearless, adventurous, brave, intrepid, dauntless, and at rare times valiant and valorous. This shameless man will not hesitate to do what is necessary to forth his own ambition, and when the time comes for it. His bold defiant ways make him a strong character, never willing to bend to obey the laws has made him a target among good doers to tame. His overconfident ways may be his down fall one day, but until that day comes. He'll make himself unduly prominent to the world. Rook's over assertive boldness usually leads him to victory, especially since he doesn't know the meaning of 'Giving Up'. On a regular daily bases, rook has pushed his assertive attitude on roy, forcing him to do things that he wouldn't normally do.
Rook's Cautiousness:
Unlike his carefree counter-part, rook is very cautious over every little thing that goes one around him. Being careful to forethought any danger so he can avoid harm. Being vigilant has never been rook's forte, but since his counter-part enjoys to be oblivious to everything around him. It's up to him to watch their backs so no bodily harm comes to them. Rook has never being really afraid of any possible consequence before acting or deciding, this maybe due to his circumspect like attitude. Being wary of anyone they meet, he never lets his guard down for a second. He's always vigilant and waiting for the moment to make his move when the times comes for it. Rook has always been somewhat chary about things, ever becomes very reluctant to give or even act on situations he knows nothing about. Being so cautious of his surroundings and events unfolding before him. Rook has saved both his and his counter-part's life one several different occasions.
Rook's Responsibility:
In reality he has only one responsibility in the world, and that is to protect his counter-part "Roy". Rook doesn't like to speak about his existence in this world, or even his purpose of being here. Unknowingly neither does roy, he has not yet become aware why his alter-ego true purpose in this world. Rook was created after the death of his their father. Roy wasn't able to cope with his father's death causing him to have a nervous break down. This break down lead to roy's mind being shattered, he wasn't able to accept the world worked and tried his best to hide himself from it. However, his hatred slowly started to manifest into another being, this hatred became known as roy's counter-part 'Rook'. This manifestation only had one goal in mind, and that was protecting roy from anymore harm. In order to do that, the manifestation thought it was best to kill anything that may bring pain to him later on in the world. However, roy suppressed this dark desire in the depths of his mind. Slowly, rook developed into a conscious being realizing his flawed plans. Killing everyone wouldn't lead to roy's happiness but more sorrow, now with the help of roy. Rook is able to suppress his darkest desires for death. Rook also has another purpose of existing, he himself suppresses even a dark truth that lies dormant in roy mind. This other subconscious mind isn't good nor evil, this thing only wishes to drown out both good and evil, but eliminating it by any means necessary and it wishes to start with the one person both rook and roy love. Their mother, Celeste Valentine. Having grown attach to his mother, rook suppresses this dark desire and hides it from roy. In hopes it will never escape, however the creature has escaped once when they entered the "Cave of Reality". This cave divided them apart along with the other entity, which both of them had to engage in battle to defeat. The creature has no true form, it only a black mass of sorrow and desire and only has one thing on its mind, death.
Rook's Tolerance:
His tolerance for others actions is a short lived experience. Sharing the same body with his counter-part, has made him very one side to people's opinions and attitude. Rook is unable to tolerate anyone who doesn't respect his views or anyone with a sense of humor. This permissive attitude towards others has made him an unapproachable person to come talk to, since event he slightest thing may set him off. He doesn't tolerate people who wish to spread there moral views to other and asking them to change there ways. If anyone such as that would dare cross his path, he will not hesitate to make an attempt to claim their life. Especially, people who are similar or remind him of roy. If we would met anyone with such an up-beat personality like roy, he will be compelled to eliminate them. There are only a few things that rook can actually tolerate, and that would be people with power. He respects those who have power, and wish to obtain it. But he does despise those prissy ass wimpy emo children who only wish to have power to prove to everyone they are better than everyone else. The only person in power he will only tolerate is on who wish just to obtain power and nothing more. He also admires those who are always daring and bold like himself. Time from time, he does respect the people who just don't care about other peoples opinions, those are the ones who just don't give a nuts just like him. A person quote rook enjoys saying to his enemies is "If patience is a virtue, then dying is a bliss." Since rook isn't a virtues person, he enjoys saying such quotes such as that. When if comes to roy, rook has no choice but to tolerate his actions, Since he is unable to kill roy himself, since his death will lead to his own. He contently insults and antagonizes him to purposely get on his nerves
