Description:

This is a non-damaging attack developed in order to be used as either a means of escape, or to allow the user to catch the opponent off guard opening up the possibility for a surprise attack.

The user first creates a very small ball of white ki in his hand, no bigger than a tennis ball. The sphere of ki is dense, the user compacts it briefly with both hands as one might with a snowball, and then throws it toward the opponent. The sphere of energy does not need to come in contact with the opponent, once it comes within a few feet to a few inches of the target, it will set off.

Anyone close to the blast and not prepared for it will become disoriented. Although the explosion causes no physical damage, the flash of light that it gives off will blind for five seconds anyone whose eyes were opened. The explosion also creates a very loud blasting sound, causing those close to the blast to have disorienting ringing in their ears for a short while as well.
