[Frosvite]

Frosvite&&Ho Chi Minch

Personally, because Ho Chi Minch hates anybody that isn't a fighter and practically is built over battles, I can see the closest kind of relationship those two would have to be partners in crime. Frosvite himself is a coward and hates killing, will never resort to it while at it too and will only fight if in training or if he has no choice. You can't call that a fighter, plus, he's a Changeling and an ex-worker in the World Trade Organization by-side Frieza himself. I doubt Ho Chi Minch will recognize him as anything other than an enemy, the closest thing possible being partners in some kind of fight (like Goku and Piccolo vs. Raditz at the time). Frosvite however would really love to throw away this hatred.

Ho Chi Minch & Frostbite!?

Well even tho that Ho Chi Minch doesn't like anyone who does not fight; maybe Frostbite has something else to offer him. Maybe Frostbite has something that could benefit them both. Like a Power or something else. So I feel that Ho CHi Minch and Frostbite could be really good friends,but it will start off a rocky road before friendship could happen.
