"Hmmmm..."
Day one.
"How did I get here anyway...?"
After leaving his home for a small while only so he could work out on one of his new ideas, a certain lizardman found himself laying on the ground of a certain wasteland, not really known to him. He also didn't really remember getting there yesterday, only stopping in that desert with a large bottle of water by his side and a few scribbles on a piece of paper he made back at that cave he calls home. Right now, neither of those were present, and he was laying there, not knowing how he got there. It didn't bother him though, the less populated the better it serves as a training ground, especially for an alien with such destructive power in his hands.
"Well, those scribbles were hard to make... But I've got it! Those papers weren't what's going to help me train, they were just going to get in the way!" He claimed as he felt the powerful wind around him, quite well as it constantly changed its direction, blowing around the alien twigs and pebbles, blades of grass and sand. He stood there on that semi-green hill, looking at the scenery: the skies were bright, clouds moving around and the sun at the center of the sky. Yes, this definitely was the afternoon. Around him, hills of many heights and towering stone pillars, of all heights. The only thing that didn't really belong here in this green wasteland was the powerful winds.
"My attack only needs a little more training before I can complete it! That's it!"It wasn't as simple as he thought. Now that he was moved away from that desert he planned to use as a training field, the more he would resort to practicing his Ki attacks the more he could hurt the lives around him. At first it didn't seem like there were any living creatures roaming these lands, but on a second look he could notice a few trees and plants and between them small bugs and birds, nests and tunnels used as home for smaller animals.
"... Darn. Guess I better try moving out." He told himself, speaking out loud and shooting himself to the air, but before he had any chance to move away from this wasteland a powerful gust of wind came in and intercepted with his flying course, sending the alien backwards. Trying to change direction, Frosvite attempted to somehow maneuver through these harsh gusts but to no avail. It almost seemed to him like those winds actually wanted to be mean to him, and he could have sworn he saw one of the clouds looking as if sneering at him. He couldn't give up that easily though.
"Ungh!! Fine! I'll just try harder then!!" He said, charging his Ki in his fingertip, attempting to make way through the winds using a wide beam to spread away the air currents - but to no avail. All he could muster out was a little, thin energy wave. And just after the beam was shot, a large boulder came in from above and crashed on to the Changeling's small body, sending him to the ground with his face up to the skies again - this time around, with a boulder on his body. Looking up at the clouds, he could have almost swear now there were two clouds sneering at him, one next to the other. "This has got to be some joke! That's just not fair!" He said, pouting. This really began to feel like nature itself was mean to him today.
Eventually, Frosvite came to an understanding that just struggling against annoying winds is going to get him nowhere and he's wasting precious time. "I guess... That, because only my late training should be destructive, I could... Try staying here for a while." He told himself, moving the boulder away from him as he stood up and cleaned his clothes. Just as he did, the winds settled down a little, changing into a delightful breeze. The Changeling took some small time, sitting on that boulder and materializing a small ball of Ki between his hands and beginning to shape it in different shapes, stretching it by moving his hands away from one another and changing its form by concentrating on other ones.

Day one, part two.
Sitting there and minding his own business, Frosvite began to think that perhaps molding his Ki like that in some kind of unique way is the exact way he's going to create this new technique he had been working on. That said, a Changeling's attacks aren't really the most similar to his idea of a move therefore his own Ki signature or shape should get in the way of his training but it seemingly wasn't the case as the lad managed to mold his small Ki ball which was currently like some kind of game to him into many shapes: a straight line, a cube, a ball, even some kind of scribbled shape you won't usually understand where the idea comes from. It was almost as if he was drawing with a brush.
Deep concentration, that's all it took for him. That boulder he sat upon was to him the perfect bench at the moment and the scenery around, the weakened breezes was to him the perfect surroundings he could find to himself - but that can simply explained with only due to him sitting there and concentrating only on one thing. "(My new technique isn't some kind of child's play. It would take more than just molding Ki around in order to get it done. A Changeling's signature technique is the Death Beam or the Death Ball, nothing in between... Even cousin Frieza never really showed anything between.)" Certain thoughts about how his technique works just flowed through his head peacefully as he kept on reshaping his small Ki ball, not even feeling the slightest change.
It might have happened automatically, but Frosvite's small ball of Ki slowly became larger as the thoughts in his head took different swings to different directions. He thought about the people he met and the people that made his life the way they are now, how there are just so many amazing living things out there and so many beautiful sights he has yet to see. While those really had nothing to do with his training, the orange Changeling snapped out of his deep concentration to see that between his hands he held something quite weird. It was that same ball of Ki from earlier but it was a lot larger than the small dot he generated at the start, not to mention the different shape. His eyes widened at the sight of what he was holding. "Did I... Really?"
He had in himself all along, apparently. He just had to concentrate on it good enough and for a sufficient amount of time, to get to the level in which he can actually go ahead and create different shapes rather than a giant ball or a thin, delicate beam. "Maybe that's it! But hold on." There was a flaw of course, in his small session. The piece of Ki he generated was unstable in its shape as it constantly shook around, waves intercepting with its shape. In the end, it just blew up in between the lizardman's hands and he was blasted away from that boulder. "Agh! Waah!" Losing his balance, he fell on the floor, on the back of his head.
But still, maybe he was on to something that moment, something very important for his training. The scribbles on the pieces of paper from earlier too, they helped no less in discovering this new method, that's for sure. "Hmmm... It's worth a shot!" The small Changeling told himself before jumping right back up, beginning to concentrate yet again on creating a small dot of Ki and changing its shape constantly, staring at it as more and more energy was slowly gathered in that dot which slowly transformed into a ball, reshaping into many things. "... (Concentrate. You can do this. You might be the first of your kind to discover this.)" Obvious exaggeration, but his innocence and the 'heat of the moment' really caught up to him, to the level where he even believed that much was true.
It still wasn't enough, as very shortly after the ball was molded around the size where Frosvite's hands couldn't contain it anymore, it exploded as well, sending the alien away. "Gahck!" He cried out, sent flying away and skidding on the floor a little before standing up to try again. He was certain, this was the way to complete his technique and there was no way he would give up on it by this stage. "I can! I definitely can do it!!" He told himself as the winds have gotten stronger as well, giving him a little obstacle to work with.
Never could have he imagine though that the time it took him to mold his Ki in such shapes took so much, so long in fact that over three hours have already passed since the moment he sat there on that boulder. Perhaps even beyond four.

Day one, part three.
"Ack!! Nngh!!" Time and again, failure after failure, hour after hour. Frosvite the Changeling has already lost track of time quite ultimately and could feel the fatigue from his training beginning to rise, but he knew all this much is just not enough to make him give up. He was just not the type to give up that easily when he's determined, even if he's scared, especially when it came to training himself. For the sake of his cousins and his precious friends, he had to get stronger to end fighting forever. But things don't really go as planned all the time, as each and every time the lizardman tried to expand the piece of energy he molded into anything larger than both of his hands to contain, it blew up in his face.
"Nngh! Again!!" He said, only to set in the position again and immediately release a piece of his energy already at the size of his limit. He could see the white color blending in very well with the purple outline, creating a beautiful plum pink-colored shine that lit up his hands and the ground underneath, giving the small blades of grass and the sand around a magnificent touch. But there was something he was missing, as the contained shape was made almost perfectly and so was reshaping it into a delicate thin string or into a cube, even making a small figure of people he met before with the shape of that piece. But if he tried to expand it more than the small distance he put between his hands, it just blows up.
The orange lizardman stopped there to take a few moments to think while still playing around with that small Ki piece, reshaping it like that human friend of his Vanto and then like his companion Beautiful Bulla. "(There's a missing point, but what? If I wanted to I could have just reshaped it into a Death Beam and shot it out, and by regularity and the nature of the attack it could just explode. I'm missing a very important point here... But what is it? Think Frosvite! Analyze the situation carefully!! You've got this, you just need the right formula and the correct solution!)" He told himself, reshaping the piece of Ki once again like those friends of his, Daikon, Jean and the mighty Saiyan Trunks.
It was when he was about to come up with the solution that a sudden powerful sound broke his train of thought and resorted the alien to scream in fear as he hid himself by cowering down, crouching and putting his hands over his head. As for the piece of Ki from earlier, it dispersed as soon as he lost all concentration. Shaking to himself, the Changeling could then feel a small touch of a cold sting falling on his fingertips, then his head, horns and eventually his entire body. It began to rain, following the roaring sound of thunder and if it didn't make the alien look up he might have never really realized it's already nighttime, with the clouds as dark as could be and almost no light whatsoever to show him around, even the moon being covered by the black clouds.
The Changeling looked up until a drop of water fell on his eye, making him cover it and turn his head down, shaking a little. "How is it possible that I turn my eyes away from my Ki molding for only five minutes and it already turns out this late? Gotta find shelter..." The small Changeling noted to himself as he looked around with a small piece of energy to be used as a light source, running around the wasteland and searching for a place to stay for the night. He obviously didn't expect to see a residence in the middle of nowhere like this, but rather a small cave he can sleep in or something similar, perhaps a tunnel in the ground to fit his size so he could cover himself up in sand and just rest.
Eventually the orange lizardman found the most predictable and cliche home you can find in these kinds of wastelands - a convenient cave, engraved like a crated in the middle of one of the towering rock pillars. Effortlessly, the alien jumped up there and laid on the ground, watching the rain as thoughts rushed through his head. "Maybe I'm doing something wrong somehow... There has to be a solution... Just need to recall it." Frosvite's last words for the day were those small mumbling, curling up and just waiting for the rain to end and for the day to pass. It was a good day and a nice advancement in his training, now all that was left was to come up with a way to continue it tomorrow.

The night passed quite quickly and although surely the Changeling had a few dreams non of which he could remember once he woke up. It is to be expected of course, non of those dreams really mattered to him that much but when he saw them in his mind it was definitely one of his more precious moments, those dreams of his. Being bound to how reality treats him, his sleep can easily be the only time in his life currently when he can just relax, take away all worries and wander around in his imagination. It's also not that he controls those dreams of his, those are mere images the brain shows off when you wake up. The young Changeling forgot all about his fantasies as soon as his eyes opened up to the rays of the sun.
Day two.
Frosvite woke up in the small cave he found for himself during the day before to quite the bright, powerful shine. The smell of rain engulfed the area and small ponds of water could have still been seen upon the grounds and the grass, showing it wasn't too long after the rain stopped pouring down. It wasn't really necessary for the orange lizardman's training, but that is simply how he saw the area around him at the moment. "Wow... Good morning everyone." He said, jumping down from that cave and stretching out, preparing for another day of training. He was not going to give up on that technique, but first there was something he had to do before getting to training again.
He obviously failed though, as the same deal as yesterday happened again: once Frosvite attempted to take the flight to the skies and leave the wasteland, the winds hit again and whichever direction he chose the powerful gusts followed in an opposite way, not even giving up when the alien tried speeding up. He gave up shortly after trying to move away, attempting to land but just before he could yet another one of those large boulders were blown at him, knocking him over flat on the ground before managing to even touch it. These days really didn't treat him well. "Oww... Hmph! Well, if that's how you want it, then fine, have it your way! I'll just train here!" He yelled out to the skies to see the same sneering clouds again. Was this some kind of new phenomenon?
It was time to resume his training. Frosvite once again let out a piece of his energy which he shaped like a ball, watching as the colors blend in together: the purple outlines and the white inner-colors, creating a beautiful shine on his hands, his body and the grass underneath. But once again, no matter how much he concentrated, the size couldn't grow beyond what was already seen. Once he tried, it exploded in his face. There really was something wrong he was doing in this case, that proven from the constant explosions he keeps taking to the face. "Gaah!... Ungh, darn it! There must be something I'm missing in all of this!" He shouted out, looking at his hands and trying to recall how he got that far. It was not just concentration, distraction had quite the important role in this training as well.
The orange Changeling generated yet another one of those pieces, again in almost no time at all and just observed there as the colors blended in together, the Ki color somehow giving his mind the ability to drift freely. He was not distracted, but rather just sat there and stared at his own energy which he didn't even reshape anymore, it was just present there. When he snapped out of it though, he got the hint he was looking for in how to upgrade his training process and perhaps how is he going to complete that new move of his. "(There must be something I'm doing wrong. The Ki itself has its set size, as delicate as possible, thin... That's how they taught us back there, the Death Beam's shape has to be as sharp as ever if we're to pierce. But... What if it wasn't just thin?)" Constant thoughts in his head resulted in him not noticing as the time passed by, but not in a critical rate as much as yesterday's. He was deep in thought, only the sounds of the gentle breezes accompanying him. If this could have gone forever, Frosvite would have definitely chose this for eternity.

Day two, part two.
Playing around with the small piece of energy held in his hand, Frosvite decided to try a new theory that just popped up in his head and might just work on this case, seeing as nothing can go wrong anymore: it's not like he didn't get as much Ki blasts to the face as possible from his own attacks up to this moment. If this tryout was going to be successful, he will be closer to completing his new move than he was up to now, since that basically is how he will base the preparations of making a move he's not familiar with, nor is he used to the flow of Ki required to invent such a thing. His new attempt to have a new way was not complicated at all and the Changeling could have just resorted to it yesterday - but didn't, simply because the idea has occurred to him but never really took priority.
"(As of now, I'm only generating the same thing over and over... If I want to have some kind of successful attempt I need to make a small change.)" He told himself as he tried his new method, finding it quite scary to try out, simply because he might get hurt. The thoughts of chaotic explosions ran through his head for some reason, but with that low level of Ki in his hand there probably is no way such a thing would happen. He would need a much higher level and a lot more density in the ball itself if he wants to make a gigantic explosion, that's for sure. "(If I try not doing this with both hands... Maybe this will work! But... I might not be able to generate the same-)" Frosvite's thoughts were cut in the middle as his new method was tested out.
Before he went any further with his thoughts, considering the risks one by one, the Changeling found himself detaching his left hand from the connection, allowing only his right hand to have a hold of the energy piece he made, now only moving it around with his right palm - or rather, right palm's finger. He made it in a way rather similar to the Death Beam, the only kind of energy wave he has been used to over these years besides the tracking disc. While trying to focus on the palm instead of the finger, Frosvite could feel how hard it is to suddenly change the entire structure of how to handle Ki, simply because his own race are more proficient in focusing on the fingertips rather than on the entire palm. This was not going to be easy.
While constantly moving his palm around or playing with the energy ball by trying to make it so his palm is the focus and not just his finger, the Changeling came across a weird thought, that maybe his kind aren't meant to use such attacks that use the entire palm. He was determined to succeed, but if he will be considered a freak amongst his race then there's a new kind of fear to watch out for. Still, he couldn't give up just because he wasn't used to this kind of method and thus the more aggressive, desperate method hit him. "Darn it! Move already, stop relying on my finger! Come on!! Ungh!! Move, darn it!!" He shouted, moving around a little faster and even trying to ignore his finger completely but to no avail. The Ki ball just kept on following only the movements of the finger - until Frosvite moved a little too fast for it.
Once the fast movement was done, the energy piece transformed into what appeared to be a thin beam of Ki, but it wasn't shot out from the finger. It was the materialized Death Beam, condensed into a ball that the Changeling has been making all this time only this version was shot from the palm rather than the finger. Perhaps this was the hint he needed to complete the technique. "... I think... I did it. But, that's not nearly as good as what I want! In that case, I'll just have to find a way to make it larger!" He told himself, already beginning to make another one of those energy balls, shooting it again from the palm. A consecutive testing session would surely improve him, even if by just a little.
The main goal is, after all, getting closer.

Day two, part three.
That shot he performed only moments ago was the gate door to his new kind of training, how he's going to perfect his new technique without getting to fail too much. Time was passing fast and before he knew it, Frosvite was getting very tired although it was only the afternoon of this day, constantly working out on shooting the waves of Ki he molded into a ball and from there to a big wave, much like attacks that would seem similar races other than his. "Haa... Ha!!" He shouted again, forming yet another ball of Ki and shooting it out immediately, getting a much better result than the first time: this previously delicate beam of Ki was on a different level.
The beam was no longer a thin string that can pierce anything in its way, it was a lot different now basically because of its entire structure changing. The orange lizardman's persistent pursuit after a new kind of wave managed to pay off, and with the time passed he drastically improved to the point where that was no longer a Death Beam, it didn't even seem to be the source of this new wave. Unlike the Death Beam, this attack was easily shot from the palm and not from the finger, noting that Frosvite managed to figure out how to channel his Ki focus not to his finger tips like taught previously but to his palm's entire space, proving a new way of using his Ki. Better yet, by this point he might be able to get a larger variety of attacks.
He panted heavily as the high amount of Ki he used was let off to waste on this countless tryouts, one after another improving even if by a little with the wave's structure, shape and above all - size. "Darn!... Still not enough...! Again!! Haa!!" He didn't give up. His position on top of one of the rock pillars ensured the safety of any creature living off on the ground. The skies were colored in complete orange at this time, the sun setting down to the sea and only half of it being at sight. According to the atmosphere and the scenery, this was right before twilight but still a few minutes away. Frosvite shot yet another one of his developed waves, his palm lighting up as the ball of Ki was created in-front of his hand. When he swung it forward while holding his arm with his free hand, the wave was unleashed.
In response to the wave's blast, the Changeling's entire body was lit up in that purple color his Ki takes. The ball formed in his hand was shot out into a large wave surpassing any kind of Death Beam size the alien has ever seen by at least twenty times in mere width. The wave was smooth, yes, and the inner part of it was still only white-colored while the outer lines remained on that purple color and the hue seemed paler, but the alien considered this result as a grand success considering how far he got in only a few hours. "Ungh!!" He cried out in pain as he could feel the throb in his right arm from the constant shooting. Frosivte was making great progress, but not nearly enough to complete his technique. There was still a missing element.
Despite missing one thing, he was still happy to manage to get this far in only a single day. He fell to his knees, panting a little while holding his right arm, thinking he made enough for this day. "I guess that's enough for today on this... I advanced a lot, I should be able to complete it by tomorrow! But, there's still one thing I'm missing... I have plenty of time to think on that, so, we'll let it be! Time to hit the books." For the rest of that day, the Changeling thought about several ideas as for why his technique is yet to be finished. Ki size, preparations, physics, even a catchphrase or a name for the attack before its shooting were all passing through his head as he sat on that pillar, thinking to himself about the missing element. He had to figure this out.

Day two, part four.
Sitting there on that high rock pillar was probably not the smartest idea, as Frosivte could have just did that any of the time he was practicing his shooting of those waves. He could generate another one of those Ki pieces and play around with it, allowing his mind to drift to different places, but if he were to lose concentration in the middle he would just be blown off from that high pillar and could end up hurting nearby creatures. Surely, with the Changeling's nature, he wouldn't want to do that, not at all. He decided to sit there anyway, just thinking to himself about the part in his training he's missing. "Hmmm... What could I be missing? (It's impossible. The technique should be complete by now, but it doesn't pack nearly enough force to be what planned. Somewhere in my theory I was wrong. There's a single factor I left out, but what!?)"
Unlike in previous sessions, this time Frosvite could feel time passing by quite much, knowing when the night comes and when he's not getting much progress only thinking about how his technique works in theory and what is he missing. With no results from thinking like that, wasting precious time, the orange alien decided to call it a day and go to sleep. He laid on the ground he was sitting on, closing his eyes and attempting to sleep as the skies darkened more and more until they became almost pitch-black, only a few stars and the half of the moon lighting up the scene. He thought coming up with a solution would be easy, but unlike with up to now this part was probably the only part that packs the power of the move and not just the form.
Day three.
Frosvite was sound asleep, peacefully yet again allowing his brain to send images to his mind, dreaming about absurd and odd things that usually shouldn't be thought of. Perhaps it was a nightmare of some sort? Though, his sleep didn't last for too long as the winds came in hitting back and forth, for some reason appearing as if trying to make it harder for the alien yet again, blowing directly on the pillar and not at the alien, weakening the stones that connect it and eventually managing to break it apart, detaching one of the more important rocks in the structure from the pillar. The large pile broke immediately in response to one of the more relevant boulders detached from its place, causing the entire thing to fall apart - and for the alien to notice he's falling down at the same time.
Frosvite woke up looking at the skies to see yet another one of those darn scorning clouds, appearing larger than ever. From his past encounter with punk clouds he could already understand he's in a bad situation. "Oh no." Flipping over though, he noticed he's in the air - constantly falling with a pile of rocks below him. "Oh, no!!" He shouted out, panicking over the new sudden fear that struck him but above all the falling boulders that could easily squash down any small animal below on the ground, not foreseeing this. He had to get into action quickly or the rocks would kill anything below. His idea though was quite aggressive and easily proving to be ineffective.
He charged his wave once again, shooting it down at the large stone below him (in-front from his point of view) in an attempt to lift himself off to give himself enough time to relax then fly and at the same time destroy the boulder below, spreading it so if any damage would be caused it would be minimal. Of course, it didn't go as planned. "Haa!!" He cried out, shooting the wave forward only to notice he's not being lifted. Even worse though, the sound of the stone crashing on the ground and his Ki appearing not to do anything except for heating the surface of what it caught in its radius. The attempt was a failure and the Changeling quickly fell on that boulder, understanding right at the fall and the hit to the head and body what he was missing.
"..." He remained there on the broken, heated, large pile of rubble for a short while, trying to recover from the tiredness (only to return to it a very short while after). He shot the wave perfectly like he practiced, the large stone was right in his range, and in theory such an attack should be able to lift him up and push everything below down further with extra weight. Yet, nothing of those happened, simply because the wave didn't pack enough power because of the missing factor that has now revealed itself to the Changeling. What he was missing was the density of the Ki, simply because the first part of his training focused only on molding as much Ki as possible in shape, not power. His race's signature technique too, also based over density. And he forgot just that.
"Bbbs Bbsh! (That's it!)" He said out loud with his face still planted in the large stone's surface. The orange lizardman quickly stood up, molding his Ki in the same way as before and after the piece reached a considerable size he tried to push it to increase the density, attempting to squeeze it further to decrease the size. Though, the result was - once again, an explosion that hit him and blew him away. This time around though it was stronger than the previous times, proving to be what he required. Frosvite laid on the ground after taking the hit, looking up and falling asleep again. He wasn't tired, but he decided that enough sleep should be the gap between his second day in training and supposedly the last one.

Day three, part two.
Frosvite woke up the noon of the day his 'pillar' was shattered by the winds, laying on the ground unmoved from his previous location. The sun was already making its way to the east, showing how late the hour really was and how long did it take for the Changeling to finish his rest, which really paid off for him the following day. He might have tired himself out during his training for this new technique with constant abuse of the same sessions over and over, but that was the only way he knew at the moment that could prove to have any kind of effect on his body and that could aid him in completing this technique of his. He woke up on the ground on the same spot he was blasted off to the day before but this day was a little different than the others simply because only today, the orange alien decided to remain in this windy wasteland and not waste his time and power attempting to move back to the desert he set for himself.
The day before, or rather, a few hours earlier was the point when Frosvite came to the understanding of what is his technique missing and how to fuse it together with all of what he worked for up to now in order to create his new technique. What he didn't have in mind though was a away to enhance what he needed so the lack would disappear, or at least diminish drastically enough for the new attack to pack enough power. The orange lizardman stood up after stretching on the ground, preparing for whatever kind of training he might have to initiate in order to master this new technique. "Okay... Density it was. I need to try making my Ki charges a little more dense, like with the Death Beam. Simple as that! That shouldn't be much of a problem!... If, I had any way of knowing how to do it..." A little cynical, the alien spoke to himself while holding his chin while thinking to himself how exactly is he going to develop enough density in his charges.
This was really a problem for him. While he had crossed over this problem before without really seeing a solution, Frosvite managed to learn the Death Beam in the past thanks to being instructed by a teacher and getting help from his good cousins and eventually he managed to make this attack. This technique however, although it works on a similar factor is much larger in size and requires a lot more than just to make a piercing, thin beam of Ki. This time it was a large wave, destructive and explosive once hitting the destined target. The orange lizardman was unsure how would he manage to fit this much density, which is why for the time being he tried to old way he came across only two days ago: molding and then adding more to it. The slight change done in this case to keep up being open to suggestions and new ideas was that once the orb has reached its maximum size before exploding, Frosvite would try to make it smaller by pushing it using both hands. Although it's not really what his new move is based over, it was worth a shot at the time simply because if he molded the Ki orb with both hands earlier and then managed to pass it to just one, surely he could do that later with only a single hand. How long it would take though is a different question.
"Kkh!!... This is harder than I thought...!" He noted to himself after his first tryout, trying to push the Ki orb into a smaller size by attempting to suppress it using both hands and a little 'push' given by a little extra Ki, but with no success. This time it didn't explode in his face like earlier, it seemed to have a little worse result than earlier, simply because nothing happened in response and the Changeling ended up wasting precious energy he could have used for a more effective kind of training. "Hmph! Stubborn little thing... Fine, if one way doesn't work a different one definitely should!" Positive and creative thinking is perhaps the only thing that served Frosvite in getting through this stage in training, but it wasn't as obvious as the rest of the stages on his way to get this technique.
In an attempt to make any kind of progression on this technique, the alien decided to try many different ways to squeeze that little Ki sphere into a much smaller size, thinking if that should work then so would his chances of getting more power as if it gets smaller, surely the only work left is to enlarge it again to the normal size, this time with more energy in. This was sort of how he figured things would go, but it wasn't as simple as that simply because his first few theories proved to be mistaken, to the point where the tryouts he made were complete failures, either getting no results at all or making the sphere blow up in his face. "Argh! Darn!!" He wasn't frustrated about it, just a little upset. Before he could come up with a fitting solution nighttime already arrived and it was time to quit for the day.

Day three, part three.
Night soon came in and Frosvite couldn't manage to get too many results on his latest theories about the new method of training, preparing to complete his new attacks. He wasted energy this day and couldn't make progress almost at all, except for using the elimination method to strike out training styles that didn't work for him: be it trying to squeeze the ball with his own Ki again, trying to expand the ball beyond the size of the hands' distance, splitting it and making each into an individual attack, remolding it in some shape that allows different angles approaches, even shooting it and taking it head on to try feeling the actual attack. All of those proved to be completely useless in his attempts and caused continuous failures, and with those failures Frosvite went to sleep for the day. He couldn't let his determination drop just yet though, he was so close to mastering it as it was.
Day four.
The orange alien woke up the following day quite early, almost before the sun's complete rise, only a small amount of light lighting up the skies and the shadowed area of the dome above still showing fragments of that dark blue color. The orange alien once again gave up trying to go to the desert he destined for himself, deciding to practice his moves there at that wasteland the winds sent him to. Walking around the wasteland after waking up, he looked for a pond where he could wash his face and perhaps bath, something he hasn't done in the last four days. Troublesome. "Wow... It's really early now, isn't it. I suppose a little cleaning shouldn't do much harm." The Changeling has been living off the water in that same pond and roasting whatever dead body he could find, not daring to kill an animal by his own hands.
Once he reached the pond though, it happened. Those darn winds came back at him again, just after he took a look at the sky's reflection in the water, seeing the sneering cloud once again. The winds managed to get strong enough this time to form what appeared to be a small hurricane, sending the alien away for a few minutes - right to the desert he planned to train at. How ironic. "W-What the-?" It all happened so fast, but once he got a grasp of what was happening, Frosvite allowed the winds to carry him to whatever destination that nature force had in mind, even if it was a little harsh and violent. It still saved him a little energy, valuable energy while at it. Lucky shot. The problem was, in this desert there didn't seem to be much water he could drink from or many living animals he could feed over.
It was still a great area for training, since the privacy and solitary of the sands was more than enough to prevent any living creature from getting harm. The only thing that stood in the orange lizardman's way was the sandy gusts, which wasn't too much of a problem to deal with. He immediately commenced training again as he set foot on the desert and fully comprehended the situation. "Alright, here we go. Density tryout number... Sixteen. Go!" The Changeling gave himself the starting mark, making that same energy sphere in between his hands and attempting something a little different: while trying to control its size to make it smaller but containing the same amount of Ki, he tried inserting the same amount of Ki he 'diminished' from the size to increase the density of the sphere.
It ended up blowing up in his face. "Argh! Ack!! I've got sand in my mouth... Oohh... But still! Again!!" Shouting in pain as the attack blew up in his face made the gusty sand enter his mouth and cause him to spit a little. He was prepared to return to his training though immediately after finishing whatever business he had in his mouth. Once again, he materialized the energy sphere and attempted the same process, trying to decrease the sphere's size and increase its density by inserting even more Ki into it - every tryout ending up with the same result, but a different way. Each time he manifested the sphere and attempted to decrease it's size while inserting more Ki, the capacity seemed to have grown. It was successful in a way, although his control of those two factors at the same time was not complete. "I get it." He told himself after another unsuccessful attempt. "Density in size. I've got to decrease its size faster than I power it up. If I can do that with one hand, I probably won't even need to manifest a visual form of the Ki! This is getting a solution at last!"

Day Five.
A day has passed since Frosvite managed to come up with his new way of training to increase the density of his attack, now beginning to get a better grasp at how his technique is made. The quantity of the Ki he uses has to be suppressed in size faster than the density is inserted to the sphere, causing it to appear smaller on a higher rate and for the ball to have even more room to grow. Once the explosion is let out in the form of a wave or a blow to the face though, the power of the size of the beam alone isn't the only thing that appears to be the impressive point but also the power it boasts. In response to constantly getting hit by one of his better attacks yet, the Changeling could feel himself falling to the ground several times in the attempt to master his new technique. Living off the cactus in the area and drinking from a 'nearby' oasis was what kept the orange alien alive in this desert, or at least, satisfied his hunger and thirst.
"Okay... It's been five days, but I'm almost done. Still can only use both hands in this process... Better get move out to the harder part." He told himself as he took a few drinks from the oasis in the desert, right before finishing the break he gave for himself in finishing the technique. He was making quick progress in short time all the while, only learning that all this time he had all it took in him and all he really needed was to practice getting it out. Frosvite flew away from his resting zone, preparing to finish his training at last.
Holding his right wrist with his left, he generated the energy sphere, this time appearing to make it smaller on the spot. He once again progressed to shrinking its size while increasing the amount of Ki he had put in, all the while with his arm sent forward and palm wide open. This one finished with actually shooting the wave, getting to see how larger the beam became. Frosvite managed to make his technique work like a bomb: the large amount of energy as it is is compressed further to a tiny size almost unseen and then released all at once, causing a huge explosion. "Ungh!! Only a little more!!" The orange alien made great progress. He could feel himself tiring out and the only problems now were if he would magically black out, forgetting about all of this process and finding a suiting name for the attack.
Frosvite's training has paid off as in the shape of the move, his training was almost complete. All he needed now was a good enough muse to make a name for his attack, as well as come up with a good enough shape for it. After all, he managed to master the overall template shape and the density needed, all he needed now was to train over his attack a few times. "Let's see. Heroes name their attacks because it's cool. I'm pretty sure if I can name mine's it will be cool too, then I'll be like some superhero! Hehe..." He smiled a little on the thought of himself saving the city from his cousin Frieza, fantasizing about a moment where he would recruit his cousins to the 'good side' and convince them to stop working for that evil doctor. Of course, that was irrelevant for the training and easily took his mind off his deed, giving the sudden powerful sand gust an opportunity to blow the Changeling's body away.
He was cut in the wind and was sent out to the air in the small hurricane that unfortunately, happened to set itself right beneath his feet. "Whoa!!" He yelled out in surprise, looking as the sands formed a spiraling shape that to him, looked good enough to use as a good muse. He was now ready to finish his technique, after finishing the mastery process and coming up with a name with his head. The test subject - that sandstorm hurricane. It was time to settle things between him and the darn jerking atmosphere, which once again proved to just do whatever needed to make Frosvite feel uncomfortable.
While in the air, the orange alien drew back his arm, turning his entire body with it to charge the Ki immediately. He needed not to form the sphere anymore, as the right amount of size and density was all already built in his head and although it was his first actual practice on a real target that can take damage, he had a feeling he will make it. Confidence. Once he was prepared after watching the sand, he sent out his right arm while holding his wrist with the left hand to increase the sudden charge and burst of the energy. Then the name came to him. "Here we go! Jet Shaver!!"
At the name of the attack, the Changeling released out a huge blast, a wave of purple energy with white lining, spinning around and seeming to copy the sand's motion with the outlining as if it was spiking or bursting out of the wave as it progressed. The wave overpowered the winds as it resisted the powerful gust, even allowing the orange alien to remain in the air. He concentrated heavily on keeping the shot intact. The move's training ended at last as the blast exploded on the sand, creating a large crater. He was finally finished. "Phew... That's finally done. I did it!! I created my first technique!!" Obviously happy, the Changeling jumped around before blasting to the skies in order to get out, before the winds would return to blow him away. His Jet Shaver attack was finally complete.
"I'm sure Daikon and Vanto will be really surprise to see I made my own move!!"

4 Stars: Great work a five day routine of training. Very entertaining and shows who Frostvite is without other people around. Not that much of a coward to be training for a signature tech.
