Like most Xalteseans of the Rutan clan, he has reptilian like skin of an azure shade that is normally dry, and one can clearly make out the majority of the skeletal structure of the exposed parts of his body. The muscles on his body are also clearly visible for everyone to see with his upper body being more impressive than the lower half. His head is probably the most interesting part of his body as it appears that yellowish portion at the top might actual be an extra hard layer of bone that protects the brains. If one were to add in the fact that he has no eyelids to cover his maroon colored eyes, modified ears and quite possibly a jaw that he can willing disconnect whenever he wants to be loud, then one could argue that Burter as one of the most unique physiology out of all of the Alien species that exist. Even his clothing styles are more unique than the rest of the Ginyu Force as he has a black and brownish orange armor as opposed to the white and brown versions of the most. Of course, he has the Ginyu symbol on his armor on the left breastplate and a green scouter on the left side of his face. The weighted armor that he owns follows the brown and white scheme, but it completely covers his body as to allow for a better workout. Then, he rushes towards the opponent, knocking anything in his way, inflicting a great deal of damage. Purple Comet Hurricane – By combining Burter's Blue Hurricane with Jeice's Red Magma, the two of them put up an impenetrable barrier and launch an array of energy blasts at the opponent. Full Power Energy Ball – Burter fires two azure colored energy balls from the same hand to inflict massive damage on his enemies. Mach Kick – Burter delivers multiple kicks at a high speed at his enemies, which can be done with only one leg or both legs. Crasher Cannon – Burter extend their arms and fire a powerful bright blue beam of energy (similar to the Death Beam or Big Bang Cannon) from his index finger, which explodes on impact. Purple Comet Attack – a powerful combination of Jeice's Red Magma and Burter's Blue Hurricane. Jeice and Burter both fly together in a manner similar to Purple Spiral Flash, but make a different looking vortex.
