Description:

A whitish-blue sphere of ki that is released from one hand of the user. The blast is as strong as the user is. It leaves a long streak of white Ki and the width of the blast can be altered to the needed range, but can be no bigger the the users body. How long the charge rate is depends on how much power the user puts into it. It can only go in a straight line but the user can shoot it in any direction.
