Frieza stood at the edge of a cliff, peering over the wide forest far below. A fall from here would kill an ordinary human. No worries for Frieza, though, he wasn't ordinary nor was he a human. The sun was somewhere behind him, although he wasn't too sure where. The changeling hadn't moved much in a fairly long length of time. He simply stared out over the forest below. He watched as a fog swirled between the trees and branches; effortlessly separating between the bark and joining together again.
Frieza had left his favorite chair back at the ship, comfort was uncalled for in the meeting today. Today Frieza would set pieces of his plan into motion. Frieza's hands clenched into fists as he stared out to the horizon. I will get you back... I will get you back... the thought kept repeating itself in his head. Over and over. Like some horrid broken record that can't be turned off. Arms held down at his sides, elbows bent creating ninety degree angles, fists held at the small of his back. The changeling's tail twitched at it's tip, as he kept it on the ground neatly wrapped around his feet, similar to the way a cat would wrap it's tail around it's legs.
A sigh escaped the usually impatient tyrant. Yes, Frieza should never be kept waiting. But this was different. Frieza himself wasn't sure what it was about their relationship, but Frieza allowed certain things that no one else would be allowed to get away with. Fear? No, Frieza feared nothing, not even Dr. Hypnos. Whatever it was, Frieza never paid it any attention, especially now as his mind swam with the same though, I will get you back... I will get you back...

Red was taking her time as she made her way to meet with their Lord Frieza. In contrast to the changeling, she had her patience. In fact, she valued it dearly, as it was something that she had struggled long to achieve in the past. Even at this point in her life, however, she still sometimes had trouble maintaining a calm state of being, it only happened when something was done to majorly upset her though. At most other times, she could safely say that she was quite the patient person. Perhaps it would be a good lesson for someone such as Frieza to learn as well sometime.
Now, the cat-like woman approached the cavernous canyon that denoted the edge of the tall cliff. Nearby stood the changeling, already present and awaiting her, it seemed. This was how most of their meets began.
Tieguanyin's feet carried her toward Frieza, clearly moving at an unhurried pace with him in her sights. She innocently touched a finger to her mouth. "Oh, I see you're already here, Lord Frieza," she feigned ignorance, as if she hadn't known already that he would arrive there before her.
"I understand there's something important we need to discuss?"

The tyrant's tail twitched at its base, sending a wave down the length of it, ending as the tip lightly tapped the ground. It wasn't much longer until he heard someone approaching. At this point it was a safe assumption that it was Tieguanyin; after all this time no one had shown up. The changelings fists unclenched into fold hands and even his shoulders dropped slightly. But other than that, the changeling didn't move as the sound came closer and closer. I will get you... I will get you... The thoughts kept running through the short being's head.
Maybe it's because Frieza was always waiting on her. Well, maybe it only factored in why the changeling wasn't in a horrible mood. It was possible that Frieza was learning some patience through unintended means by the member of the Red Ribbon Army. Possible, but extraordinarily unlikely. How many meetings have they had that began like this? Nearly all of them, yet the General lived. How odd... Frieza would openly admit that he needed Tieguanyin, if only it were that simple. She was the only one he felt he could trust to meet one-on-one and trust her with going about various covert operations. And because of that no one know of just how close the two really were.
I will get you back... I wi-- The furry's voice broke through Frieza's train of thought. The changeling slowly nodded his head, Yes, I am... Frieza thought as the General began speaking. He knew she had known that he'd be here already, but that didn't matter. Frieza inhaled, still gazing at the forest below, "Have you heard of the Namekian that escaped...?"

Red raised an eyebrow, her curiosity sparked somewhat by Frieza's interest it what could only be a mere slave of his. The changelings had so many slaves under their control on this planet alone, how could anyone keep track of such numbers anymore? "One of your Namekian slaves? I can't say I have," but it was likely she would soon find out why this was of importance.
Judging by how particularly frustrated Frieza appeared to be on this day, Tieguanyin could see that the matters the changeling wished to discuss had to be quite imperative toward something he was planning.
The girl waited to hear his explanation, her tail hanging low and lifeless in contrast to the twitching of Frieza's. Clasping her hands behind her back, she stood calmly with patience and focus. If something was of annoyance to the changeling lord, it was part of her job to do something about it. As it was her duty and thus expected of her, she wondered what it could be that could possibly be bothering him so.

Frieza turned to face his ally. He looked her over for a few moments, how much should he tell her? It was a delicate topic, after all. The changeling knew that the furry wondered why a simple slave mattered so much to him. Frieza's hands, still behind his back, clenched back into fists. If anyone could get this task accomplished, she could. If she were to find anything out on her own accord, Frieza wasn't sure how she'd go about something so important but at the same time, if he told her Frieza could guarantee it'd end in his favor. The end of Frieza's tail gave one, rather strong twitch which resulted in a loud smack; an obvious sign of Frieza's annoyance.
"As I have stated, a Namekian had managed to escape," Frieza began, "There's something special about this one." He paused for a moment, more for dramatic effect than anything else, allowing his companion's mind to swirl. "This particular Namekian is the sole survivor of the Dragon Clan. As you may know, they are the only beings able to create the dragon balls." There, Frieza had done it. He let the General in on the truth, whatever she does from this point on would be directly his fault even if he would refuse to believe it. Frieza nodded to Tieguanyin before she could respond. He had little doubt that the Red Ribbon Army member would immediately understand the seriousness of the situation.
Frieza's fists unclenched once more, his tail stopped twitching completely. But the tyrant was still rather stiff. This may be the riskiest operation Frieza would discuss with his most trusted secret. After a few moments to allow Red's mind to calculate things, Frieza spoke, "What do you think should be done about this, General Red?" He approached the general, standing directly in front of her, looking sternly into her eyes.

Special? As far as she knew, there was nothing special about Namekians at all in general. They were a pathetic race, succumbed to slavery and brought to complete submission over the years. They were ugly creatures as well, calling them 'uninteresting' in appearance was being polite. Why Frieza had any interest in them at all was beyond Tieguanyin.
However, then the explanation, the clarification led the cat to blink her eyes a few times. Ideas began to flood her head more quickly than she might have imagined, her eyes appearing at the same time to fill with a certain curiosity. Oh, the possibilities, the ways she... err, they, could use such a creature to their advantage!
The General's visage didn't change in the slightest as her boss approached. She continued to look him in the eyes, a small smirk on her face. "The Namekian shall be retrieved... Before it has the chance to do anything that might... dissatisfy its true owner's wishes." Obviously the dragon balls would be a great asset to anyone who could manage to get his hands on them, and if they were created by this Namekian in Frieza's image, all the better for them.
