A few ideas popped in Frosvite's head as he ran around the dome, some were pretty stupid in his mind but could still prove to be a little useful - just like the one he tried after a few minutes although he exhaustion. While running around, the Changeling tried using his speed for training, speeding up drastically every few seconds gradually until he hit his maximum speed, seeing how fast he can move under the 5 times gravity environment and after being tired out from shadow sparring and adjusting to the weight. He panted heavily after beginning to run around at his highest speed possible, but on the same hand he surrounded the machine many times in a matter of just seconds.
Frosvite was proud of his speed, it was after all the only trait in battle that allowed him to survive up until today since if he wasn't fast chances are he would be a physically or mentally powerful coward, which doesn't seem too fit and could easily backfire if attacked. It is thanks to this speed that he escaped a gigantic monkey's fist successfully without dieing, and also thanks to it that most of his battles ended up with no kills whatsoever because he managed to run away. On the same term, it is because of this speed that his cousin somehow still had respect for him aside for the fact the lizardman is also a part of the Changeling race.
Soon Frosvite ended up tiring himself out, so much in fact that his speed dropped down and he could feel the ache in his legs again, wanting to stop but knowing that if he did it would be just slacking and the heavy panting under the heavy gravity won't help him at all. Perhaps the orange alien was a coward, but he was a trained fighter that learned and trained together with his Cold royalty cousins Frieza and Cooler. He knew a thing or two about training, but not necessarily all things necessary to know. This planet had so much more than what he already had in mind.

Frosvite began to slow down upon getting more exhausted by the second he kept on running, but this somehow helped him develop his speed since going beyond his limits could from one perspective destroy his body slowly but from another one also develop his speed further for other cases. The orange lizardman knew it could be bad if he keeps this up, but saw only the good in it at the moment thanks to his continuous tryouts at training methods under this gravity, not necessarily getting the results he was looking for but still getting not bad results at all for instead of new found power he comes up with new ways to train, which is also somehow important.
"Ungh... Darn it..." It wasn't long though before he fell down on the floor from exhaustion, his speed drastically dropping and his orange black and orange body falling down from the heavy weight and the strain he went through. He panted heavily while on the ground, trying to stand up but not quite succeeding to thanks to his exhaustion, almost thinking of spitting out or coughing. Luckily he didn't need to. "Hmph... So I'm not... Really strong enough... For all of this...? Then, we'll... Go intense!" He told himself, attempting to encourage himself yet again before giving up like he always does.
Whenever Frosvite ran into a problem he would change direction and run away immediately, giving up on the fighting option even before it came across him in his early days. This was training though and if he was not going to devote himself to hard work and determination the orange Changeling could have just quit a few a few minutes ago. In his mind, he was almost at the results he was looking for either way therefore quitting now would be a bad choice. He could just complete it and go home, maybe return here a different day with a partner but as of now - he had to finish his training to the fullest.

On the floor and only willing to finish his training, Frosvite thought of the most effective way to finish this and could only come up with one way that would truly satisfy his body to the point where this training can be looked back upon with perfection. That was not really going to help him under this five times gravity, but he could still get some profit from it simply by going all out in this room and with the exhaustion the alien is already going through. With not many choices in his head, Frosivte thought of transforming in order to perhaps increase his weight drastically but also power up on an amazing scale.
Just before he could do it though, he regretted. The Changeling decided to hold off the transformation of his only for cases where he would absolutely have to, as for now only resting there for a few seconds should be enough for the orange lizardman's recovery before he continues his training further. It could waste a little time for him, but according to the light outside it was still not nighttime and his friend Beautiful Bulla isn't going to abandon him until that time comes. As a result, the Changeling picked himself up and sat against the wall with his head raised up, panting heavily and gathering his air.
His entire body was warm, that was for sure. There was no need to conclude to the reps right now, just because Frosvite was already at his limits and pushing beyond them is hard enough as it is and is training by itself, and beyond all that he was about to finish. After a few seconds, the orange lizardman stood up slowly, once again getting a feel at the gravity's pull. He was ready to finish this at last, with the way he didn't find to be the most useful: shadow sparring. It appeared that between all training methods he tried out, this one turned out to be the only one that could really get him profit with his speed.

At a last attempt to finish this training, Frosvite decided to return to shadow sparring although being convinced something in his ways is completely wrong. "Well... I guess... There's not much choice left... Let's end this." He told himself, his breaths almost seen in his exhaustion. He rested long enough to stand up again and by determination alone get this entire thing done, but that didn't mean he wasn't aching all over. His chest moving noticeably with every inhale and exhale the alien took, the orange lizardman prepared himself as he once again imagined the two warriors in-front of him preparing to 'finish them off' with a single rush.
He rushed over to them, opening the sequence of attacks with a twin punch aiming to attack both at the same time only to see it as if the two avoided his impact, chasing after one by skipping quickly to his left, 'outspeeding his enemy' and coming in for a spinning kick. After that was done he made a quick sweep with his tail and skipped over to the other side of the dome, jumping right above the sufficient size to skip above the entity he imagined, only to come from above with a smashing attack with his tail, landing from behind and coming at that warrior with an elbow, most likely directed at the chest.
Frosvite didn't really think of his moves as he performed them, he just thought about what his opponents would do like an actual analyzer. What part he was missing was developing counterattacks to the tactics of the opponent, mostly because of the lack of a real one but also because right now he couldn't care less about developing tactics while his only motive is to train his body. After the elbow attack was mode, the Changeling turned over and began with yet another one of those drilling-like kick attacks, switching quickly to a punch by returning the leg and arm constantly and sending them forward once again.

In Frosvite's mind, he finished off already one of the targets he put to himself to face while the other one charged in for a direct attack. He felt as if in times like these he could just use an energy attack to fend off his enemy quickly and head in for a final, paralyzing headbutt to make sure the opponent won't stand up to chase him while he runs away, but in this situation the alien couldn't really resort to that. Frosvite wanted to stop, feeling the gravity at its best at the moment and his limbs almost screaming from pain and aching but he couldn't succumb to this. It was about to be over, he only needed to fall one more time to test out his endurance.
Not surprisingly, it didn't take too long. As the imagined entity approached with a quick attack, the orange lizardman made a quick jump back only to step forward immediately after with a knee attack. The knee was followed by a kick upwards, making Frosvite jump and perform a flip. He landed on the ground and headed on for another strike, making a combination of punches and kicks constantly while moving forward, almost as if the imaginary warrior was deflecting his moves. By now, the Changeling was probably moving at his highest speed possible and that definitely did not help to restore his stamina.
Right before landing in the finishing blow, Frosvite fell to his knees and could feel himself getting even more tired. He was done for, his training session was finally over. "Ungh... Darn, not nearly enough... But it was good, I think... Better ask Vanto later about... All this shadow spar... And, Beautiful Bulla too." Gathering his breath again, Frosvite turned off the machine to restore the gravity to its actual level. He could really feel himself almost being lifted off the ground thanks to his real weight kicking in again, but what was important now was to go home, take a good rest and sneak out of this room without anybody noticing.
