(OOC: Using Weighted Clothing through the thread, under regular attire. Bonus should be 1.2x the regular.) "Whew... I'd really have to thank Beautiful Bulla later when I'm done here! Without her I'd be caught for sure!" While he assumed the security was turned off thanks to his false message given to the human girl he met, it wasn't really the case. Frosvite, attempting yet another training session in the gravity chamber, came at noon when the security should be on but was not, thanks to several checks done through the rooms of Capsule Corps. He managed to slip in another room without anybody noticing thanks to the lack of security lasers or guards keeping a watch on that specific room. He though, presumed Bulla Briefs was the one to take out the security for him.
"Alright, let's get it on!" He told himself, trying to encourage his training mood by yelling to himself after closing the door and locking himself inside. He cheerfully raised his hands up but his face remained neutral about this. He wasn't really motivated at his best, but he was still lucked out in getting in here. "Good. First, some stretches, then we'll start this party." He spoke to himself obviously since nobody else was in the room, after taking a look at the round dome with the large computer-like machine in the middle, going up all the way to the ceiling. He was ready to train.
Stretching his legs and arms so he won't get muscle cramp, the orange Changeling spoke to himself in his slight loneliness as a way to distract himself from the thought he has to sneak in like the bandit he is. "Okay. Last time I was here Daikon came in with me, so it was okay since we sparred... This time I'm alone, and I don't think I can train surprise attacks in here or the place will blow up. I've got to be careful." He told himself as he finished stretching completely, heading to the machine to set the gravity level. "Last time was two times... Okay, let's try five this time!!" He said cheerfully with a smile on his face, fixing the settings to his liking and pressing the activation button - initiating the gravity training.

The weight of the gravity suddenly struck the orange lizardman as he was pushed down by his own weight, barely keeping standing and bending forward in response to the sudden push, feeling mostly the strain of the new weight on his back and spine. Unfortunate, but such is life for a banished bandit - nothing comes by easy. "Nngh!! Darn... This is... Rather good..." He chuckled to himself, beginning to walk slowly around the room in an attempt to get used to the gravity, only barely managing to hold himself. He was once again caught by surprise by the sudden increase in gravity.
This training was only meant for the Changeling to keep up with his friends and manage to protect his home, so one day he could be the savior and not just the heroes that constantly show their great confidence. He had a little determination and confidence in himself as well, but mostly Frosvite was a coward afraid of people mostly and their thoughts about things in general. He could take it easily as if any person in the world has the mean to kill him and will in case the orange lizardman won't get along with them. "Darn!... Wow."
He barely made a few steps and already, Frosvite found himself on his knees and hands, panting under the gravity. Only walking in this atmosphere as it is was hard enough for him and he succumbed to the weight of his own body at the increase of the gravity, thinking it might be a good idea to start on a lower level. "Phew... I never expected it to be this hard!... Then again, two times... Was enough to wear us out... Hmph!! I won't give up to this... Much!..." He told himself, encouraging himself once again as he tried bringing one knee up.

Frosvite's training has began under the heavy gravity, not really thinking at first it was a good idea to use such a heavy factor that could smash his body if he's not strong enough. But even though the thought of changing the gravity's level rose up in his head, the Changeling didn't let himself subdue to his will and just kept on going. He raised his knee up, slowly getting his balance out again thanks to some support from his tail which currently was used as a push from behind, contra. He managed to get back up on his feet very shortly after falling to his knees. "Ah!... Great!... I did it!..." He told himself.
Still, only standing up in this gravity was going to get him nowhere, and the Changeling had to get his training moving if he wanted to get any kind of improvement. Realizing that, the orange lizardman tried walking around the room for a small while before getting to the more serious training, since after all nobody can walk before crawling. It's luck he managed to, literally. "Okay... Training schedule... In five times gravity. Darn it..." It was getting harder for Frosvite by the moment, but he managed to somehow stand up to the heavy gravity and remain strong under its effects.
It was still straining him to try getting used to the gravity though. It was a lot harder than last time he visited here, but not as much as he suspected - simply because last time he had a sparring partner with him. "I can't wait to show them how I've progressed!..." He told himself after taking a few more steps. "Vanto and Beautiful Bulla will be so happy for me!..." Positive thinking is perhaps what kept him up in this period, but also his determination to succeed and surpass his limits. He continued to walk heavily around the room.

Slowly but steadily, Frosvite made his way to circle the room once, feeling the strain of the gravity heavily with every motion and step. He was getting used to it slowly but cautiously, enough to manage to make a full lap around the room's edges while only entering the room a few minutes ago. It appeared as just like last time, the only thing that really got to him was not necessarily the hard atmosphere and environment but rather the surprising effect he went through when entering and training. He was capable of surviving through this training, he just needed to not give up.
"Okay... I made a full lap!... Only two more and I can begin the real training!... No more warming up." He told himself, once again only to encourage himself. This so-called 'warm up' was getting to him quite quickly, enough to make sure his legs probably won't withstand a run but he had to try. It won't be training if it wasn't hard, even if a little and after getting somehow used to two times the gravity. He had a little edge thanks to already knowing the effects of gravity training and how to go through it, though he wasn't quite close to getting all the results the Changeling wanted.
Frosvite continued to walk around the room, trying to raise his speed with his steps, ignoring the heavy weight his body currently boasts. It was hard, walking around the room like that but it's not like he could conclude immediately to any other kind of training simply because he himself in his mind was not really ready to take it. The laps around the room continued even if it was done quite quickly and seemed to take little effect. He completed those first, just to get a good warm-up before actually getting to the harder training, including running and working out alone.

Eventually Frosvite managed to complete those said three laps around the room, going slowly step by step but speeding up at his own pace to keep up the effectiveness of the training. If he was to resist the gravity probably the effectiveness of the training should rise and more easily should he be able to adjust to the atmosphere and his heavy weight. His not-so-strained body right now felt the real results of the gravity training earlier with the human partner right now, when he needed it too - ironically when entering the gravity chamber again. It's amazing how well can a partner help you in so many ways.
"Alright. I guess... My three laps are done. Now to get a little harder..." He told himself, taking a deep breath and exhaling after, closing his eyes as he did. He stood up, straightening his back and putting both of his hands behind his chestnut-like head as the first training he set his mind on was determined. His already warmed-up yet a little tired legs were not going to give up on this training thing just yet, simply because there was a lot to do under this gravity. "Okay, sit-ups first. Let's go... 1!" He claimed after allowing the gravity to let his body fall down, stopping himself from actually crashing to the floor.
The strain from the loosened upper body on his thighs, behind and feet was a little harder than he expected and he fell down right before rising up. The orange lizardman was surprised at the failed tryout, realizing by now it's going to take not just a small amount of his power to get used to this gravity. His body is maybe built in a different way than the humans, but he can undergo the same training and get similar benefits - which can also mean the same obstacles stand in his way. "W-Wha? H-How did this happen already...?" The Changeling asked himself, laying on the floor with his legs folded.

Frosvite quickly stood up (as quick as he could get in this heavy atmosphere) and went for another attempt an withstanding the gravity, the same thing he just failed at returning for another shot. The Changeling was not going to get beaten by mere weight, especially not this much while he can go for more (obviously exaggerated in his mind). He encouraged himself to go further and once again, got to the stance he needed to get this part done in his mind. Sure, it might not have branched the same results as actually shadow sparring, but the weight just got him down and he had to prove to himself he's not that weak. Otherwise, the level could be dropped.
"Okay, here we go. One!!" He said, again, letting the gravity do its work as it pushed his upper body down and thus giving even further strain on Frosvite's leg muscles. He barely managed to stand up after it, but the push was successfully made and he completed the first sit-up in his progress. It really was as easy as that, what he needed is to try being a little more focused on this entire process. "Good. Two!" He once again said, going down with the gravity's force once more and standing up to it with his own strength. With every push he made he could feel the exhaustion rising.
It's not like the orange lizardman could allow himself to give up though, he was too determined to surprise his friends with this new power he would most likely use to protect them. Then again, it really was nothing serious just because each one of his friends could do the exact same training at this moment without him knowing. It took the Changeling a small while to get successfully to ten of those sit-ups he made for himself. "Ten!" He claimed, this time going with something a little different and instead of letting the gravity do its work he himself withstood it by allowing his muscles to hold on to his falling body. He stood up shortly after, again.

Frosvite's training was coming along fine in his mind, as the sit-ups count he managed to get before feeling his legs beginning to ache in pain reached fifty four. He was doing that for all the while after the walk, going on with a warm-up and then beginning to train. Although, since he had his tail for contra and basically his legs were more developed in fighting than his arms he could figure out, this was the second easiest type of training he could initiate. "Fifty Five!!" He once again claimed, going down with his own force and pushing against the gravity once more. He got into a certain rhythm he set for himself, not letting the gravity get the best of him again.
He was soon done with seven hundred of those when his legs began to throb a little harder, actually causing the Changeling's closed eye to shut a little harder. Fortunately for him it was while his body was actually standing still from after another one of those raises, deciding that one more should be the right amount for him to stop. He made one last sit-up, getting another grasp of the gravity in the room with his legs alone before falling on his behind - willingly, taking the rest after this small workout for his legs. He was not really strong enough to continue this much up.
"Hmph... I suppose quantity really isn't going to help me here..." He told himself while panting a little from the small session just now. "Well, if quantity's no good, obviously quality's going to do the trick! It's too bad I'll have to get back to the old fashioned way... Not that it's bad, just a little boring alone." Frosvite was talking about shadow sparring, trying to fight while withstanding the gravity. Pushing himself off the ground constantly isn't going to get too many results, thus there has to be another, more effective way. There always is.

Standing up, the orange lizardman felt the throb in his legs one more time before resorting to the type of training he tried to avoid, fighting with the thin air and getting a head on the atmosphere even without a partner around. Of course, someone to train with could easily be appreciated, but the Changeling entered alone by his own free will and there will be no returning right now - nobody he will just suddenly ask from is going to come there and help him with his training, that's for sure. After taking another look at the room, Frosvite took off his turban and his shirt to decrease the heat he would be taking. His pants would stay on, though.
"Okay Frosvite, go." He told himself, getting a somewhat serious look as he 'analyzed', or more like recalled the moves of people he has fought against already including his previous sparring partner and that one human who assaulted him as a result of the Changeling attempting a steal from him and Beautiful Bulla. He visualized as if the opponent was making a dash towards him, putting up his guard by widening the distance between his legs and crossing his arms in-front of his chest. A typical guarding stance.
He changed immediately to attack after the supposed imaginary warrior came in to attack him, the Changeling sending out a punch forward while stepping powerfully on the floor for extra balance. He wasn't really done at that, as right after the basic, straight punch with his right hand came in a hook from above using the left knuckle, struggling to move that quickly in the current atmosphere. His small combination of attacks ended with a swipe from the tail, which Frosvite only allowed himself to use in order for his shadow opponent to get a weakness found.

Getting a sparring partner would have probably been the best idea for Frosvite and the best method to train in this chamber, just because that way he won't just have strain on his muscles but also physical combat, contact and a chance to practice his timing and skills too. Sparring with the air and pretending to be fighting someone else is not too likely for a fighter to conclude to, but in truth it could be effective in cases like these when you're simulating a fight or just can't have a partner. No wonder in gyms of all sorts humans don't go around using those rep training program that continuously repeats all kinds of exercises that strengthen their limbs individually.
Frosvite allowed his tail to be swept rather slowly so his imaginary enemy would have the chance to come in on him with a grab and throw, lifting himself off the ground with his flight (also having a little hard time moving) and throwing himself towards the wall. Right before he got hit though, the orange lizardman stopped himself, realizing now he's not really being reasonable: there's no reason to beat himself up, the simple training he's performing is shadow sparring and perhaps since he never really did it like this he would require a little more time before understand he's only supposed to attack the air.
"... Guess I went too far... Well, if that's the case, back to reps." He told himself as the Changeling landed on the ground and entered a planking position, both hands on the ground in his shoulder distance from one another. He began with his next session shortly after entering the position, going on for a few push-ups before going for the next type. "One! Two! Three!" Oddly, this type of training was easier for him and although he panted just from staying in the room and struggling against the gravity, this proved to be a little easier than the earlier one.

Frosvite's push-ups lasted a little longer than he expected and as it appeared, his mind managed to drift out as he initiated this session. He didn't really care how long it took him, but only until he could feel the throb in his shoulders and triceps was the time he would remain thinking about how he's dealing with things at the moment. After finishing the mastery of a single technique for the sake of himself really, he now found himself training in the gravity chamber thanks to a good friend of his and for them in truth, in hopes of one day managing to catch up to his cousin Frieza, which remained an elite all his life.
As more push-ups were done, the orange lizardman soon even forgot that he's being affected by the gravity in the room, focusing only on what's on his mind until the physical exercise got to him. Usually you shouldn't be able to do two things at once like this, especially when it comes to having a mind focusing on what's disturbing you and training at the same time, but that just happened to be a lucky talent of this Changeling. He thought of how is he going to go against so many opponents where there are so many lives to protect, even those of his opponents basically because killing is absolutely not an option.
Eventually the push-ups got to Frosvite and he could feel himself going slower and struggling a little more with every one he makes, realizing this much should be enough for him. His body adjusted to the gravity already just like that, enough for him not to notice the amount of reps but what he could notice though was the fact not too long has passed since he began training there and soon it might be over. The windows of the chamber were as if giving tunnel vision, but he could still see from the inside that the outside still had some light out, thought not as much. Upon seeing this, the orange lizardman decided to return to simpler training.

Upon looking outside through the narrow window, Frosvite could get that it was soon time to quit training in there and he should make as much progress as possible under this gravity or the profit won't be enough for the upcoming battles he might have to face. "Alright... I guess, if that's what I need to do here, I'll just return to shadow sparring then. Not like it does any harm, but just remember Frosvite. Don't exaggerate, you're fighting an opponent that won't throw you away." He perhaps had no idea how to initiate shadow sparring or just hitting through the air, but he had an overall idea of how it should be made - which was more than enough for him to do it.
Once again, shadow sparring, he made himself think he's facing an actual opponent by imagining some warrior from typical clothing and body builds he has seen in his time on Earth, going on defensive moves first. As the 'warrior' attacked, the orange lizardman braced himself and stepped out of the way, skipping to the side - getting another grasp of the gravity's pulling force as he landed. Though, an expert shouldn't attack from only one direction, which is why right after making the skip Frosvite took 'the battle' into the air, seemingly 'dodging', or more like avoiding up. It was really as simple as that, but he was still unsure if this is how this whole thing works.
It his 'turn' to attack, Frosvite made a hammerblow, interlocking his hands together and bringing them down to the air as if smashing upon his opponent. Just like he predicted with an actual opponent though, only one attack can easily result in an avoidance of the full hit and thus to ensure, at least three or two are required, while one can be intercepted and the other avoided or blocked. Frosvite landed on the ground and sent out his leg for a straight, direct kick as if to an opponent's stomach, returning his leg as fast as he could to make a sort of drill-like, or continuous smashing effect.

Ever since Frosvite was a child he has been depending on others to help him train himself to become a good soldier like his two cousins. While they were both blessed with talent, he was born with enough determination to somehow catch up in case he overcomes his fears, which he didn't as a child. As a result, he has not been serving too well as a captain on the field itself and failed a few mission, concluding to him being one of the more tactical people in the organization. He at those moments has been paying off for those times where he was too scared to take his place in the battlefield, training so maybe his fear won't go away, but his weakness will.
After making that drill-like kicking, Frosvite took airborne again, putting his hand in-front of himself as if catching an opponent's punch and his knee up as if countering a similar knee kick. He was actually simulating going against an opponent although that really wasn't how most fighters would use their idea of shadow sparring. The gravity got to him again as he made his move, coming in for a headbutt at the air, stopping and getting once again that heavy pull to the ground. He couldn't stop there, his turn to move in on the 'enemy' just began after all, and even if they can block or avoid - so can the Changeling.
The headbutt was stopped in its tracks but ended up being followed by a flip, kicking up from above but once again stopping before any contact was made. He swept his tail up, giving yet another flip, faster than the earlier one and swept up his leg, as if kicking the chin of a humanoid. He moved in with that leg again, returning it quickly and 'stinging' with it, sending a pointed direct kick to the air. This combination ended out with a spin, coming in with an elbow and then landing on the ground, entering the beginning stance once again. He wasn't exactly doing this right, but as long as he managed to get an overall idea of how it's done it was all the same for the alien.

After landing on the ground, Frosvite came across a certain, odd but kind of useful thought for his so-called shadow sparring, that being what if he was to be attacked by multiple enemies. As the rules stated, the World Martial Arts Tournament coming up is made of battles of one-on-one, but not all the time is he going to face only a single opponent at a time. There will be times where he will have to go against even three or four if he would like to stay alive, and taking them all down individually is perhaps a way, but definitely not the best way. Sooner or later, the Changeling would have to adapt to defeating multiple enemies all at once, perhaps by not running away, which will be very hard for him.
Therefore, as soon as he landed, Frosvite entered yet another simulator in his mind which bought upon another opponent to attack him, coming at him with a punch which is why he decided to duck and make a simple kick above the floor, keeping a small distance and attempting to 'knock over' his 'opponent', at the same time after finishing that kick moving in to stand on his arms and going in for a strike at the other one from the other direction by once again sweeping with his leg, the same one he kicked with. He quickly stood up, struggling to push himself off the ground with his arms and prepare for the next attack, another barrage of punches and kicks.
This is what Frosvite would call a rush. The orange lizardman came in on one direction, making swift moves and attacks while staying on the ground. It was almost as if the gravity no longer had any serious effect on his body, giving him the free ability to move like that. That was of course false, he merely got used to moving in the atmosphere and while his moves were considerably slower than if he wasn't on the regular gravity he's used to, the alien was still moving quite fast, enough to initiate a rush with the air, or with his shadow partners.

Frosvite's small rush was not really sufficient alone for training under the heavy gravity he's put under, but it sure was enough for him to gain a little experience in his speed and improve his muscles' reaction time just by continuously moving it at his top speed under the pressure. He was pretty certain that is how you would train alone in the gravity, as just repeating the same sets of exercises over and over won't really prove too effective for fighters like him who never really considered them to be good enough, or perhaps, capable of developing him further. Sadly, he had no idea how to do this whole shadow sparring correctly, because he was used to fighting actual, stronger opponents and this was basically a spar.
The rush Frosvite held out was a little short, considering he actually managed to convince himself he's fighting shadow opponents, just to make all of this training a little easier for him. Not knowing how to hold shadow sparring really is annoying when you have to use it. He quickly stopped with the rush to end with a heavy, power packed punch to the air, as if making the enemy fold down for the next opponent's turn. He put up his guard in the moment he finished the punch, crossing arms in-front of his chest and immediately slashing at the air with a cross chop from his current position.
The Changeling seemed to have held his own quite well in this small spar, although he didn't really know where would this lead. He was imagining as if he was fighting actual people, but honestly this didn't look too convincing, not even to himself. Thinking to himself as he 'fought' an idea crossed his mind, that maybe it's best to cut it out with shadow sparring and resume it some time else when he already knows how it should be done, unlike now. Yet, there wasn't much to do either way, as the reps he had in mind proved to be ineffective for him.

The orange lizardman ducked after reacting to his mind's fighter, having to react to yet another one immediately. After making an evasive duck he span in his place, making a roundhouse kick followed by a jump and immediately coming in for another type of attack. Taking into the air, Frosvite turned 180 degrees to face the other direction which was struck by a barrage of a few punches and a kick to push off the end, then turning again to the other 'opponent' he faced to make another barrage of physical hits, heading down on that imaginary fighter with a few kicks and a headbutt to finish it off. The more he fought with the air the more he had the idea he's doing something wrong.
Eventually, he subdued to his will again and decided to cut it out with this silly shadow sparring, knowing for sure he's doing something wrong. He decided to resort to yet another rep-style kind of training, thinking to pass time to see if it really does go well like that. He was already panting quite heavily from going fighting the air in that gravity, a little rest but remaining in physical action shouldn't really do much harm. "There definitely is something wrong in this thing. Maybe I'll ask Vanto when I'm out what am I missing..." The alien told himself as he began to run around the dome, going with another type of training.
Frosvite wasn't actually getting tired from jogging around the dome, especially now that he was somewhat used to the gravity already but he was exhausted from all the previous training he made therefore even this could have its outcome in the end. The orange lizardman ran a little slowly around the dome, coming up with a few new ideas for training as he did, some ideas were probably not going to help or even to be tried out thanks to the lack of will to actually perform them. As of now, running around was not going to help but with a little improvement to it - especially in this much gravity, it should prove useful.
