Gen already told me that the how of learning racial techniques has not been finalized yet - I'm cool with that.

I think it's reasonable to assume, however, that much like you can teach someone else a signature technique, you can also teach someone else a racial technique, right? So if Lucas has gun wielding and many other humans do not, he could conceivably teach it to other humans the same way signature techniques can be passed on, yeah?

That's something to ask Kazai directly. She doesn't check this area.

Sorry, I thought I had already posted here. But, yes, I'm fine with it if you train for racial techniques. The maximum number of racial techniques any one character can learn is 8 though and you don't get the PL boosts from learning them.
