Description:

This is a modification of the Android's basic Energy Blast. What Android 25 does is he charges the energy in his arm cannon, building up to a point to where it's hard for his capacitors to hold it all. This is usually accompanied by a humming sound that steadily grows louder, and a blue glow in the barrel of the cannon that grows brighter until both hum and glow reach a steady peak. The energy is than released from the cannon in a powerful wave of destruction, similar to the raw output of the Kamehameha.

Method:

Training, really. I mean, it's essentially just a concentrated wave of energy, like the Kamehameha or Dodon Ray, it just has a slightly different way of getting there.

I'm going to have to reject this being an Android-exclusive. That way it's basically a race ability.

Needing to train for it also means it's not necessarily only Androids.
