The alignment can change over time, that and how he was roleplayed by Nat didn't make him bad, he never did anything with bad intentions, just neutral

The first part of history was how it was written before >.> I changed it to the mother being alive and got rid of the sister stuff. I see him as neutral, while he has done bad things he does not desire to do bad things he followed his fathers orders despite disliking some of them.

The way that it works in DBZ though, is if you do bad things, you are bad, regardless of your intentions. Redemption can be attained, but it requires doing great deeds usually. If he committed rape, he is bad. He needs to do some good stuff to have his alignment changed.

Also, it is much easier to go from good to bad than from bad to good.

Uh, not sure if anyone else noticed but he doesn't have the basic Ki Blast. While he does have Chou Makouhou I don't think that's all encompassing. Without Ki Blast wouldn't he be limited to just the uber mouth cannon and nothing else?
