I'm not sure if this is already the case, but I think if you defeat an opponent, your power level should increase, depending on one of a few ways:
Percentage of their. Theirs compared to yours. Other miscellaneous ways.
Sparring against someone like your ally wouldn't get you as much a power level increase as if you were fighting to the death with your mortal enemy, so maybe make different clauses for who you're fighting and how severe the fight is or what-not.

Sparring is basically training but other then training, you don't get a boost unless it's in a plot.

The way it is, there's a limitation to how you can train, which I don't really think there should be, unless people can do something other than build houses in East City Ruins, like sparring, and have it count as training. There should be a broader spectrum to choose from, or at least have sparring as an added way.

there are many places to train. just look around the boards. many people have been training through spars. Also, you can fight your clone or go on the quest for the sacred water. You just need to look through the rp boards and see which method of training you'd like to do.

I already know of those ways, it's just they all share a problem, and that's that it costs money to use them. Of course there are ways to include spars in current methods, that being the Canyon and the Gravity Chambers, I just thought this would be a good idea to add on for any thread. Of course it has a problem of people abusing it or people not being allowed to be in more than one training thread, but it was worth a shot.
