Nameks... as a whole, they were abnormally powerful. They were abnormally strong. Finding them among the humans shouldn't serve to be very difficult. At least, it wouldn't have been if their numbers were as abundant as they had been when they had been brought to Planet Earth in the beginning. However, there had been a number of disasters, from what Princess had heard, that brought the species to near extinction. There weren't many living specimens left.
Psh! Like I care about their well being... She thought quite sarcastically. Unfortunately, Princess was being forced to care. She needed something. This something could only be completed by a Namek. That was her only hope in achieving her true potential. It was the path to fulfilling her destiny. It was the path to making her dreams come true.
Princess was prepared for battle. She wasn't currently wearing her Saiyan armor, but this by no means meant that she wasn't ready. She wore her scouter, which would help her locate her little green prey. In place of her armor, she wore her red and yellow gi outfit alongside red pants and black shoes.
The young saiyan flew through the air quite rapidly. The moisture of the clouds culminated upon her forehead to give the illusion of sweat. However, this glistening was nothing of the sort. Princess was accustomed to traveling long distances at great speeds. She was a Saiyan, after all and the daughter of Princ- King Vegeta.
"Hmm... I sense two decently sized power levels... Perhaps this time... perhaps this time they'll be Nameks," she reasoned. The girl stopped flying began to levitate in her position. She raised her hand up to her temples, to which her scouter was attached. She began clicking a number of buttons which made the arrows appear on the display screen above her eyes.
"They appear to be... in that direction. 200 meters Southwest," Princess turned in the direction of which the power levels were originating from.
"Alright! Time to go!" Princess' blue aura covered her body, and at top speeds, she headed in the direction of Snare and Saxophone.

'I don't even see how you put up with that.'
Sax commented quietly as he and Snare wandered through the forestry. Only a day or so had passed since their East city construction work, Snare had somehow managed to escape their grasp once more and catch Sax in his pointless stroll. The guy felt lost without Snare, he wasn't going to lie to himself about it, when he was taken his prior goals and path became stale. He steeled himself to avoid Snare's glance, the last thing he needed was him being sarcastic towards his discrete emotions, though he was glad to have him back, and so soon too. 'Does he just drop on by whenever he feels like it? That Watchdog?' Sax shuddered at the thought of the guy, intimidated? No... But maybe he would be if he saw the threat like Snare had first hand. 'Can he.. They.. Be dealt with?' He found it hard to word something he couldn't imagine, this supposed ultimate force sounded limitless, how could he compete with that? Snare seemed negative of even facing them at the stage of power they were on, how strong could they be?
It was too much thought and not enough action for the quiet namekian's liking, as much as he loved to think this just made him anxious above all things. He wanted to ask a lot of things in regards to Snare's connection with them, progress even, but he feared all he'd get was sarcasm and retaliation. He would have to tackle this another time, for all he knew maybe things would just figure themselves out, that could even be the worse of it this week. What were they going to do thought, it was only after making some house of memories and fighting with Snare again that he had gone back to reality.
What were they going to do? They had wandered and wandered to just seem like they knew what they were doing, and both of them lacked the ability or patience to ask the other. 'So...' The silence was killing him, he had to get Snare loving himself somehow. 'Who was he anyway.. The strongest? Stronger than you?' If he was stronger than Snare then so be it, but even a slightly stronger adversary wouldn't have Snare following his every word... Who was the one pulling all the strings?

Convenience.
This word alone seemed to define his very existence. It was convenient that he was happened upon as an egg; convenient that he was welcomed - if one could call the reaction he got as welcoming - into a clan; convenient he had barely survived the battle of Namek; convenient he happened upon Saxophone once more. He much preferred his life to be summed up as convenience to someone, being a mere tool and slave tended to draw this perspective over his eyes, rather than the dreaded word luck. He shook the thought from his head, gazing off into the forest with unseeing eyes. Yes, it was quite convenient he had met up with Sax once more; he did not want to have to go and look for the older like some lost little puppy. Fate had her moments, he mused easily, where she decided not to be a bitch and make him her joke of the day.
A voice crumpled his light thoughts, grounded him once more before shining the light of truth on him. At first his mind fumbled at the thought, drawing up the image of a doberman like dog; but why would Sax ask about a dog? He was referring to him, basically the bane of his existence. Snare growled slightly, but humored his vague question with a response. "That dog, tch. Yea, pretty much drops by whenever he feels I've gone to far or 'misbehaved'. Either that or it's another round in that mock arena for his entertainment." He chose to ignore the other question, deciding against reminding himself of the bleak future.
Snare dropped his gaze, suddenly finding the ground rather interesting as his feet dragged. It was barely over a day that the bastard came to pick him up and drag him away. Thankfully there was no punishment for any disobedience he had committed, besides the amputation of his arm; there was no torture, no arena, no lock down, no reason really. Maybe the bastard had just felt Snare's contentedness, wanted to ruin that sliver of happiness. That seemed rather characteristic of the dick. He sighed, bringing his gaze over to his left arm. On a positive note, at least he had enough time to rest and regenerate.
"So... Who was he anyway.. The strongest? Stronger than you?"
The younger namekian knew this question was coming up, really it wasn't surprising. For Saxophone this whole 'submissive Snare' was completely new, probably scarily so. He had, throughout his life been a bit of a wild maroon. Snare crossed his arms against his chest, subconsciously protectively, as he swallowed down his pride uncomfortably. "Pretty obvious he was stronger than me, don't you think?" He said a bit irritably, bringing his dark gaze to rest on Saxophone. "Hell if I know what he is. Watch dog seems suitable enough; if not handler. He gathers escapees, tortures those in his flock, and pits nameks against each other. He's gotta have some sorta pull in the system, but I don't know how far that goes. He ain't the strongest, I can assure you that. He has plenty of superiors; all the things he does seems to be from an order by some faceless master. 'Cept any action on me, seems to enjoy fuckin' with me for some reason." He nearly hissed the ending, but kept his voice pretty steady despite it.
Snare hated his antagonizer, that fact alone was pretty obvious. But he was also scared senseless by the man. Some of the things he had done. He liked to pretend nothing had changed, that he was still fine and strong; unbreakable. It was a lie, a facade. He had been broken, beaten, battered... and all by that man. The man that seemed to strike fear into his very heart, cool the blood in his veins. It was ridiculous, but after years of his treatment it was expected. "Whatever," he grumbled as he stared at the blinding sun. "Maybe now you can see how hopeless this 'save the nameks' quest your on is. That monster is no where near the strongest and he can kill both of us with one hand." Hopefully that would end that discussion, he didn't want to talk about it anymore.

Now where are they? Princess asked herself. She could tell that their power levels were each incredibly high. Taking on two of them by herself, whatever they were, proboably wasn't the brightest of ideas. Regardless, she didn't care. She too had been growing a lot stronger lately and wasn't going to back down from such a challenge. She was the Saiyan Princess after all, and if she could not do her part in restoring Planet Vegeta, then she reasoned she didn't need to leave in the first place.
It was not long before Princess had located the signals down below and began her descent through the air. Quickly, she flew vertically downwards; her aura still covered her all the way as she did. Princess did a quick flip so that she would be able to land on her feet instead of her face, and there, she stood before Snare and Saxophone, arms crossed and serious.
"Well, it's just my luck, isn't it? I've been looking for your kind for days now." the girl smirked. "It isn't easy when you've all been exterminated like the cockroaches you are."
Princess couldn't help other than to laugh out loud. Her tail swung through the air behind her, evincing her excitement. She hadn't been this happy in quite a while. But after all of this time, her hard work had really paid off.
"Now. If you pests value your lives, make Dragon Balls for me."

Sax couldn't help it, after watching the venom pour from his brothers mouth he let out a light chuckle to calm the mood the best he can. 'Ever once considered this is pretty much all I have to do anymore?' It was joking, but a hint of serious intent should Snare pick up on it. He had boggled the idea since he had got here, since he left Namek even, what did he have left? He had no home to return to or family to stand by, destiny to follow or fate to guide him, he was a lost speck on this damn planet whether he liked it or not. 'Though you aren't wrong.' Snare knew first hand how strong the opposition was, Sax could only imagine the powerhouses which lurked this planets surface, none the less Snare seemed to put on his scrunched face... This conversation was over whether Sax liked it or not.
Sax tried to worm his way out of the awkward silence with the stubborn man only to find his attention snapped off to the distance, his stopped in his tracks as the power seemed to scramble with his mind. The direction was precise, no doubt it was heading straight for them, though the level of power was becoming more accurate as it approached. 'Snare, we have company.' He mumbled along with a light tap to the arm, stretching his arms and wiggling his fingers before curling them into fists. He gestured towards the incoming aura trail, taking a light form of his stance in assumption the incoming being was in some way hostile. 'It's pretty strong, Its..' He stopped in his serious diagnosis, lowering his arms to dangle back by his sides as he held back a small grin. '... Small?' The target was a tailed humanoid, hardly up to their knees let alone waist.
Sax moved to ask of the humans reason behind her actions, only to be beaten by some sort of racial bashing. The little kid was surprising to say the least, she had insulted them and their race only to than ask something of them? She was strong, but Sax's patience with such an outspoken race could only go so far. How was a human so strong anyway? He hadn't sensed someone with this kind of power for a while now. He gave the girl a close look, tilting his body to one side as a tail swayed behind her, a sayain...
'We don't make dragon balls kid, and I'd watch what you say.' His sharp tone quickly dampened, Kami forbid Snare would have taken that barrage of bad mouthing as casually as he did. He placed part of his body casually in front of Snare as a passive nod to keep his cool. 'If there isn't anything else, you should be going home.' a long sigh followed, he could feel the rage emitting from behind him, this wasn't going to be good.

Maybe the older namekian was so egocentric he just enjoyed to hear his own voice. Snare drew his lips into a straight line, pondering. It couldn't be true, as before this whole 'incident' Saxophone hardly spoke two words, let alone talked to himself. But then again, the years had surely changed them both; it could be very possible that the silent Sax he once knew was long dead and gone. He let out a sigh, missing the silence. He didn't care if it seemed like he was overacting, from his perspective the older namekian was being an asshole and ruining the ambiance of the wilderness... it was regardless if Snare actually liked the atmosphere of the greenery, the point still stood. As though his mind was read, both parties lapsed into silence; very fleeting silence.
"Snare, we have company."
Snare held back any emotion that could suddenly appear on his face. This restraint, however, did not stop his mouth from drying, nor did it halt the abrupt vertigo. Had his demon returned once more? What did he do wrong this time? Nothing. He hadn't even released any spikes of ki. As fear began to claw into his psyche, he slowly craned his heavy head to where Saxophone's black eyes rested in the clouded sky. To his swelling relief, the aura was not familiar and therefore it could not be Adonic. The burden of fear quickly evaporated from his shoulders, causing his tense frame to slowly relax and redeem normal qualities. The younger namekian steeled himself, rebuild his defenses as the intruder approached. It, no she - he quickly amended his thoughts after having seen the creature - landed in front of them. Apparently she was trying to stop their progress, to put a fork in their path. The thought alone brought a smirk to his face; she was so fuckin' small he could step over here if he really wanted to.
Snare's mind relapsed into what Sax said; strong? He couldn't believe that this mere child was strong, even if it was by Saxophone's definition. Even if she was a saiyan, which he quickly deduced after seeing her earth hued tail. Two facts solidified his belief that she was not strong. The first thing had everything to do with her size and age. Someone still so child like would prove incapable of even taking care of themselves, let alone be able to grow strong. The second fact, or so he believed, was that she was a she. The differences between the genders, a concept once completely foreign to his ignorant mind, was something that was difficult for him to grasp. When he finally did, accepted this male versus female scenario, he was bombarded by quips and tidbits of information he got in passing. One that seemed to be defined, for some reason, was that females were physically weaker than males in all species. This, he learned soon after, held especially true for saiyans. So what could a female saiyan child do? Then she spoke.
At first Snare felt nothing but disbelief, a trait clearly visible on his visage. How could this small thing say anything to these two titans? She was what, eight years old and speaking to him and his whole race like she had an opinion that was in the least bit significant? Was she stupid or ignorant? Perhaps both? Snare believed that the saiyans were just as much a race of slaves as the nameks were; hell, most aliens were. Their planet was gone, and they were forced and integrated into Frieza's army. They only difference he noticed was that despite their race being beaten, they did not fight back and just carried the weightless titles and robes the Planet Trade gave them. How lucky. He noted how Saxophone shifted slightly after answering, as though blocking his path due to some premonition to Snare's oncoming rage. When it did erupt it was sudden and powerful, igniting fire in his eyes and burning through his veins like kerosene. What right did this prideful whore have to say any of those things? None. Absoultely none. His frame tensed tightly, his maw shifting to reveal his intimidating alabaster canines. He would rip her from limb to limb, he would make her the worm she was; he was not going to discriminate because she was a female or because she was a child. No, she would hurt.
Snare's stride was heavy and stiff, eyes glaring at her like daggers. His peripheral picked up Sax's look, hesitation maybe, and he immediately aimed his anger on the older namekian. "What Sax? What? Just fuck off with your morals, you don't need to act reasonable to this little saiyan bitch. She doesn't deserve it. You heard what she said, she should be taught a fuckin' lesson for talking the crap about me." So maybe he felt it had gotten personal, irrelevant. The heavy namekian didn't halt his movements, rather he pushed past Saxophone roughly so that he was in front. His lip curled in disgust as he looked at the ugly thing. "'Ey, ignorant monkey, what the hell is going on in the simple head of yours? ARe you too stupid to think that maybe, just fuckin' maybe, if we had the dragon balls we would - oh I don't know - not e in this situations?" He asked rhetorically, clearly hinting at the fact that his race was one of slaves. "Or even that you would have existed?" Snare growled deeply, tacking on the loaded threat fluidly. "If you wanted Dragon Balls than maybe that shit head Frieza should have been smart enough not to kill off every member of the Dragon Clan; or at least had some forethought before slaughtering everyone."
Snare scoffed loudly, condescendingly looking down on the female child. "But what was I expecting ? Some sort of intelligent comment from you furry tailed, moon watching animals?" He chuckled at the idea. "You saiyans are all the fucking same; so proud it blind you to your simplicity and hypocrisy. You preach how pure and strong of a race you all are, and yet I remember hearing what you primal and carnal creatures did when first arriving on Earth. You all reproduced with what saiyans deemed the 'inferior' aliens known as humans." His smirk turned predatory, feeling as though his was dragging a prey in slowly but surely. "I bet you're a result of that cesspool of disgusting inter-species reproduction. How unfortunate." Snare grinned, feeling as though he had completed his attempt to piss her off. Without so much as announcing his leave, feeling as though he would just be wasting his breath, he walked by her; fully expecting Saxophone to trail behind him. He didn't even bother to give her a second glance, basically announcing how little he thought her worth was with his arrogant expression. Despite this, he subconsciously tensed; hoping she would go for an attack on his back with full expectations that the saiyan would take the cowardly shot. But he was ready, were it to happen.[/style] | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][cs=2][atrb=vAlign, bottom][atrb=style, width: 420px; background: url('http://i.imgur.com/gdBBi.png'); -moz-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; -o-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px;] [style=font-size: 26px; font-family: verdana; color: #9cb55f; text-shadow: 2px 2px 5px #b7b7b7; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: -5px;]but how we survive[/style][style=background: #b2cf6d; opacity: 0.6; font-family: verdana; font-size: 8px; letter-spacing: 4px; text-align: justify; -moz-border-radius: 15px; -webkit-border-radius: 15px; -o-border-radius: 15px; border-radius: 15px; padding: 2px; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; color: #ffffff;]is what makes us who we are[/style] |

These Nameks had quite some nerve. They apparently had no idea who they were disrespecting, however, she could reason that much by the fact that neither of them seemed to be wearing any scouters. Without scouters, they couldn't even begin to estimate her true power level. It was quite unfortunate. She knew that if they did have some ability to sense power levels, they wouldn't be so quick to insult her. In fact, they would more likely be bowing before her. Too bad their antennae didn't serve any purpose other than to make them even more comparable to insects. Princess snickered.
Princess simply crossed her arms and listened as the second Namekian, Snare, went on what she considered to be a long rant. She was hardly listening to what they were saying. Of course, she heard bits and pieces throughout. The most important thing was their ability to create Dragon Balls. If they could not do that, then they had very little value to her and may as well have been dead. Would she kill them? Perhaps. It really didn't matter much either way to her.
Princess clenched her fists through frustration. It had taken so long to find 2 Nameks, and now that she had done so, they refused to help her. I she was incapable of getting her hands on dragon balls, then she would be incapable of defeating Frieza and bringing the Saiyan race back to life. She'd have to serve as a Saiyan in Frieza's miserable army for the rest of her life. As Princess of Saiyans, she would not tolerate that.
"How dare you insult me and my mother," Princess hissed shortly after Snare walked past her. Her first instinct was to attack him. Kill him on the spot, but she knew better than that. Turning around to attack Snare right away would leave her back exposed to Saxophone. she wasn't quite stupid enough to fall into a trap like that. Instead, she jumped up and began to levitate upward until she was standing almost horizontally above Snare. This left both, Snare and Saxophone beneath her.
Princess brought both of her hands down to her sides. Two magenta energy spheres formed quite quickly. With great speed, she smashed the base of her palms together and both energy spheres collided and formed one large one. She fired this sphere directly at Snare's head from his backside.
"Die, vermin!"

It was poetic, riddled with humour and extremes which left Sax to just rest his face in an open hand while he shook his head back and forth with a light snigger wiggling its way out of his mouth every so often. He wasn't pulling any stops either, leaving his insulting rant to a final strike at her small dignity before waltzing off past her. What was that exactly? The guy had just spoken up a storm worthy of trading placed with Sax for the moment, he just felt like Snare was doing nothing but talk negative gibberish when a simple screw you midget would have sufficed in riling her up it seemed. The whole event was rather humorous, Snare deserved his obedient trailing as he moved towards and past the sayain woman, a light shrug and a casual hand shoving in his pockets showed his lack of interest as he moved to catch up with his brother.
His eyes widened as the burst in power spiked though Sax's casual observation, it seemed like Snare had gotten the reaction he desired, the small sayain woman rising from her place on the ground and hovering above the two. What was she planning to achieve? She knew too well that this could have easily been some sort of trap, though if sayain's had a temper anything like Snare's then they were in for an easy fight. Sax took a few steps back, the woman was trying to keep both of them under a watchful eye as she ascended, she was cockily assessing the situation... Credit was due, she had seriously misjudged her odds. Her attention was diverted none the less, collecting energy in her hands she moved to strike the unsuspecting Snare as if they were going to take turns attacking. 'You mess with him...' Sax struck a serious tone in his grumble, cracking his neck from side to side while he decided a more simplistic approach to his offence.
The sayain had made her move, as an energy based attack descended upon his brother he had already noticed the tense pace Snare had been making before, he was ready for anything to say the least. He wasn't just going to sit around though, she was out of line, if there was ever a time to get serious it was when Snare was. tensing his arms and retracting them behind his body he prepared for an accurate strike, he wasn't going to pride himself in madness or specifics, by the looks of the woman's power a straight forward attack would be required to avoid a more specialised counter attack. He flung both of his arms out and far, looking to either strike the woman's stomach with a concentrated attack, or for his limbs to go past her and retract for a boomerang like effect. Had the attack landed in either cases he would grip onto the sayain, pulling her inwards before launching her back out at his brother like some sort of ball. It had been a while since he had actually worked with Snare rather than sparred against him, it was going to be an interesting conflict. | [cs=2][bg=8c76bb][STYLE=text-align: center;font-size: 10px;]Notes: N/A Tagged: P. Despite the atmosphere being thick and heavy, uncomfortably so, he wore a proud smirk. He had hit home with his comments, tested the girl's patience, and came out victorious. He glanced over his shoulder briefly, watching as the kid tensed and clenched. Good, now she understood that if she wanted to talk down to him he could dish back; in words her young mind probably didn't even comprehend. It was oddly familiar though; there were countless times were he stood rigid like that, anger seeping into his once small form. Only difference he observed was that she was hesitating, thinking rather than acting. Stupid, in his opinion anyway. Then she spoke, her high voice trying to grasp authority as it reverberated with rage. He had done it, he could tell already; she was fully provoked, and if sure as hell felt better not being on the receiving end of that shit. He, for once, was in control.
The spotted namekian turned to face her but instead of seeing the little monkey he noticed Sax. He followed his gaze upward, noticing the girl floating in the air just as she charged up a duo of ki balls. He would have made a comment about how cliche it was for a female to have pink hued aura, but he barely had enough tim to bring his forearms up. The kid was fucking quick! The white hot energy slammed into his arms, searing his apple green skin as white hot pain licked at his eyes. The explosion happened seconds later, making him stumble as his arms howled in silent pain. The kid was stronger than she looked, he could give her that much. Hell, he was thankful that she wasn't as strong as she was fast. Either way she was stupid, choosing to fight two strong warriors at the same time. He hissed lightly as smoke rose from his charred arms, thankful for the numbing effects of adrenaline that began to infect his veins. His maw shifted into a smirk, "Tch, I'll fucking kill you, you bitch of an abomination." Confidence rang in his voice, supporting his smirk.
Snare watched out of his peripheral as Saxophone's arms flew through the sky, targeting the flying girl. He knew from rather personal experience that what he was trying to do was grab her; even if it looked like a standard attack. He silently hoped Sax's attack would be as successful as it was on himself. His mind quickly raced as he tried to think of something to do. His physical attacks were limited with her flying around in the air like a coward, even further limited with the older namekian's arms flailing about. He quickly remembered how quick the girl moved, which implied that there was a chance that she would be able to dodge the surprise attack; even with Sax's speed. That meant his only option would be ki; a fast ball that could hopefully knock her out of the sky long enough for them to take her out. It was perfect too; it did not require his speed, but the strength at which he could hurl, and it could cut her off if she did in fact dodge. If she didn't, then he would have the perfect shot at a stationary target. A grin fractured the line of his maw, energy flowing into his fingertips abruptly. Bringing his hands close together, he let his aura explode outward in a blackish hue; the tips dipped in a light violet. A ball spawned quickly in his hands, it's size increasing exponentially with the passing seconds. Whether Sax's plan worked or not was irrelevant, he didn't care, but he did wait for it to end. Snare thrust forward the ki ball, nearly the size of her, toward the girl. Whether she was being thrown to him or still in the sky he was sure it would hit; it's speed making him smirk.[/style] | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0px,true][cs=2][atrb=vAlign, bottom][atrb=style, width: 420px; background: url('http://i.imgur.com/gdBBi.png'); -moz-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; -o-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px; -webkit-border-radius: 0px 0px 30px 30px;] [style=font-size: 26px; font-family: verdana; color: #9cb55f; text-shadow: 2px 2px 5px #b7b7b7; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: -5px;]but how we survive[/style][style=background: #b2cf6d; opacity: 0.6; font-family: verdana; font-size: 8px; letter-spacing: 4px; text-align: justify; -moz-border-radius: 15px; -webkit-border-radius: 15px; -o-border-radius: 15px; border-radius: 15px; padding: 2px; margin-left: 10px; margin-right: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; color: #ffffff;]is what makes us who we are[/style] |
