The Red Ribbon Army Base. One of the seven locations in the world that show to be holding one of the seven magic Dragon Balls but also possibly the most secured and dangerous place made by humans as of now. The base is the main headquarters of the army that was said to have perished years ago, the Red Ribbon Army led by Dr. Gero. The base is located on an isolated piece of land apparently owned by the army itself and can't be detected by any sort of machine. How the well-trained soldiers of the base find it is through direct coordinates given to them from the base itself. Though the actual leader of the base is absent as of now, the zone still refuges many if not all soldiers of the Red Ribbon Army and on the same term - the mighty generals.

(NOTE: Any and all members of the RRA are to post here a single post after this one noting they 'received' the message. This is to ensure entering the episode. Participation in the topic itself is done after this.) It was certainly a long day before the general finally found out about this discovery.
While the treasure was already held within the base, the man awaited impatiently to the day where the glow will return and the round stone will get its bright orange color again. Until then though, the army had to be managed fairly and responsibly, not to mention with harsh discipline that will ensure success in whatever mission is given. The brown-skinned giant could not call himself a general if he was not doing his job properly, just like how it goes for every other soldier of this army that takes on themselves the responsibility of fulfilling their mission to the fullest, even if their life depends on it. But when will the time of miracle come?
"I don't care. The western troops require a new stock of supplies if they're going to operate in the cold like this. Whatever it takes, you will find me the round stone. Bring them whatever they need but nothing beyond."
He declared proudly and forcefully with all confidence possible to put in a single man into the communication device before hanging up on the poor soldier that had to go into an argument with the general. With his hands on the board, he let out a long sigh while thinking if the doctor is ever going to rule above Frieza, something he fears. General Black, the second in command of all the Red Ribbon Army remained inside the base in order to keep watch at the stone that was left inside, only taking a few glances at it once every hour or so. It seemed pointless, but for some reason the final glance he took at it proved to be the grand opening of the great new mission. The first step in the march towards victory.
With a small sound slowly getting louder seeming like a hallucination for the middle-aged man, the first step was taken as he shook his head, turning right after that to face the ball that was currently orange. It had red stars on it and it was orange in color, not more pointless round grey stone. No more awaiting the day of world domination. No more pointless searches in random potential areas around the world in hopes to find even the closest thing to a perfectly round stone. All of that was now behind the General, Dr. Gero, Lord Frieza and the Red Ribbon Army entirely too. This was a real miracle.
"Is it possible...!? Is the signal finally back!?"
Black asked himself, eyes widening with his large jaw barely kept closed in in response to sighting the glowing, small orange orb. He was clearly surprised to see such a thing happen so clearly right next to him, thus the man ignored pretty much anything else around him including the surroundings. Luckily this large room they positioned the General in was empty of any living soul except for his own.
As quick as possible, he slammed his hand into the keyboard behind and turned back to the large screen he was monitoring up to now, the screen showing several squares and triangles in green and red over a dark blue squared huge screen showing a map of the world. Just like he expected, it was all true: besides the red and green shapes shown in small signals but many at a certain point, there were also flickering yellow dots all around the map every second. There was one showing the exact middle of the base and the rest were all spread around the world just like the General had expected. It was true.
The Dragon Balls were revived. It was time to begin gathering them properly.
"Calling all troops!! Black to all troops!!" He started, spreading a massive message through his microphone communicator to every unit and general's scouter, headphones and radio communication unit. This was urgent news. "The radar shows active signals of Dragon Balls mainly in the East and South! I'm sending the exact coordinates of every Dragon Ball to every unit at this moment. All available troops, all Generals are to initiate capturing the Dragon Balls immediately!! Annihilate every obstacle in the way, no matter who they be. Get me those orbs!!"
He yelled, commencing the start of yet another Dragon Ball hunt by the Red Ribbon Army. Just like around twenty five years ago, once again it was time to get into action.
Awaiting the random units around the world spread to either change their direction on the monitor directly to the coordinates sent or to simply reply 'Received, Over' within a minute timeline of after the message was sent, General Black prepared himself by keeping watch over the screen and quickly examining any and all gadgets he can use that are within the room to his use. Such gadgets would include missile launchers, speakers, control panels and so on.
"Just you wait. World Domination will be achieved by the almighty Red Ribbon Army."

"So it seems it is time for me to act again" the rabbit furry remarked as he heard the announcement over his Scouter. Sitting upon his bed, he frowned as he looked over to the katana on a stand by the wall. Sighing, he picked himself up and walked to the sheathed sword, taking it and placing it within his sash. He fixed his jacket to show the Red Ribbon symbol and looked back towards the door. How long had it been since he'd heard about the Dragonballs? A long time, surely. He'd been briefed the first day when he was forcibly enlisted into the army, to understand that were they to ever come back, he would be one of the ones sent out to collect one. Fixing his scouter, he walked out of his room with the sword in his sash. He shook his head. He'd never imagined they'd ever actually show up.
"At any rate, an order is an order. I must be going. No doubt General Red has decided to head out on this mission. The Red Ribbon Army is probably sparing no resources to find these Dragonballs..." he murmured to himself as he walked down the corridor. He walked neither too slowly nor too quickly, arriving eventually to a door leading outside where a small vehicle, a hover-bike of sorts, sat outside just waiting to be used. Grasping the handlebars, he lifted his leg over onto the vehicle and pushed a key into the ignition as the engine whirred into life. Suddenly it began to lift, rising into the air as he looked to his Scouter. There was a Dragonball to the South. He'd take that one.
The engine seemed to ignite and the hover bike rocketed off towards the South, heading in the direction of a Dragonball. He wondered, would he encounter that young boy again? Perhaps. He would see soon enough.

The General stood outside of the room, arms crossed over her ample chest as she leaned back against the wall. What was General Black doing in that room for so long? He need that Violet needed to ask him a couple questions. Well, when it boiled down to it, it was still her fault. She should've paid attention during that briefing a couple of days ago. Her inattentiveness was not like her: this female was usually on top of things. Turning her head to the steel door next to her, she let out an aggravated sigh. "I swear to God, Gustav..." she muttered before returning to his original position, her gaze once again on the wall in front of her.
Maybe she should've been paying complete attention during the meeting.
The meeting was about these legendary artifacts called the Dragon Balls, which have been inert for a while now. The last use was over twenty years ago, after this young boy gathered them to use them for some strange case. She didn't know much about the mystical spheres besides the fact they grant wishes and there were seven of them. As she was informed during the meeting that there spheres were in their locked state, now in the form of a perfectly round stone. According to General Red, the only one who could activate the Dragon Balls once again was a green alien species called a Namek. Even so, that Namekian had to be apart of a special family, called the Dragon Clan. Frieza had apparently annihilated them all when the overlord enslaved the entire race. However, there was one more.
That one more went by the name of Citole and he was taken away from some child over three months ago. Now, the Namek and super human child were on the Red Ribbon's Hit list.
Violet stood outside of the room, having moved from her stationary position to the door, standing in front of waiting for it to open. The information presented at the meeting was not enough, it was like something was being held back, something important. Clad in her army fatigues, the General reached into her pocket and pulled out a small, circular radar device that was given to her by General Red herself. This was a smaller version of the Base's Global Dragon Radar but it seemed to be doing nothing. The Dragon Balls weren't even active yet. "This is so--" her monotonous voice was cut short by a sharp beeping, emitting from the radar.
Several yellow dots appeared on the radar's green surface and Black's voice came from the scouter located on her left eye. "Calling all troops!! Black to all troops!!" This had to be important. Why would Black put every single troop on the same line? Violet closed her eyes, dropping the arm with the dragon radar in it's grasp to the side and raising her other to the scouter, raising the volume.
A small, sinister smile stretched across the woman's beautiful face and she turned away from the door, dashing through the Red Ribbon Base, heading straight to the vehicle hangar. In the matter of minutes, Violet found herself and three other troops inside one of Red Ribbon's Helicopters. "Let's go!" She said, piling into the front passenger seat of the helicopter and looking at her Dragon Radar. "Head to Diablo Desert, top speed!"

Vanto sped across the ocean, his arms tucked closed against his body as his aura surrounded him, the energy humming quietly as it streaked behind him. His long bangs whipped back and forth, slapping against the headband wrapped securely around his forehead. The teen bit down on his lip, his black eyes slightly less warm then they usually were. He had met up with Bulla a couple of hours, having not seen the blue haired genius since their little "break up" during the World Tournament. That didn't make him feel good at all; he felt an undeniable raging hatred in the pit of his stomach when he saw again and luckily bit his tongue. He had to: he needed her help and couldn't be mean to her. There, he met her cousin, Jean Briefs (his opponent in the Tenkaichi Budokiai) and her brother, Boxie Briefs. The four then began to draw plans, trying to find out what happened to their little green friend, Citole.
The teen came home one day from school, went to his room and Citole was gone with the wind. Literally, the window was wide open and the bedroom was thrashed. When he asked his mother, Mrs. Lux simply said that she checked on the Namekian moments before Vanto came through the door. Now panicking, the black haired boy had to go to the only other person who knew about Citole: Bulla. After that unfortunate event, while trying to figure what could've happened: the strangest thing happened. There was a loud beeping sound coming from a drawer in the Brief's house and upon opening it, an old, rusty dragon radar was found, beeping. That only meant one thing: the Dragon Balls were re-activated. The four then split up into groups of two, each armed with their own dragon radar. Jean and Vanto headed one wait and the siblings went another.
Now, the closest dragon ball was coming from somewhere in the ocean, which wasn't good. Bulla informed them that the Red Ribbon must have devices that could go to the ocean floor and retrieve the artifact, so the two humans have to risk their lives by going into the ocean and finding the orange sphere. It was glowing though and it was pretty dark near the ocean floor, so that should be easy. On the flip side, the water pressure could be bone-crushing and the ocean could be a bazillion feet deep. If the teen was lucky, it could be near a shore and buried deep within the sand somewhere.
"Jean...are we getting close?" Vanto asked, though the annoying beeping noise coming from the dragon radar should've answer his question. The good thing was it had been beeping more, so they had to be going in the right direction. The back thing, it was still beeping rather slowly: beeping every five minutes or so. As the two raced across the ocean, the beeping was increasing, beeping every two minutes, then every minutes, forty-five seconds, thirty second and so forth. This was a good sign! An ear-to-ear grin appeared on his face but that soon dissolved into a look of pure bewilderment. They were approaching a piece of earth that wasn't on any map Vanto has seen.
The boy sped up , the energy dying around him as he attempted to mask as much of his ki as possible. Curiosity sparked in him: he felt a sudden urge to know what's on that island. In the distance, he could see a helicopter leaving the island. That meant it had to be some sort of base. As Vanto neared it, he noticed was a large island, mountains surrounding some sort of army base. There was only one major army in the world, though. The Red Ribbon Army. The teen turned to Jean and sighed, arching his eyebrows.
The Dragon Radar in Jean's grasp was beeping crazily now. This is where the dragon ball was, on one of the Red Ribbon Army's seaside / naval bases. "Just perfect."

And what was the nicest thing about the middle of the afternoon? Why, the well-deserved catnap of course! So… if anyone had been searching for General Red, yeah that was where she would be. Oh no no no, she didn’t tell her underlings that! Not all of them, anyway. Most of them probably believed her to actually be on duty, working at these hours. Only when the situation called for it would she be going so far as to work through her catnap-time. Right now, things were just so very peacefu—!
”Nyagh!” the girl jolted up, backwards, and off of the mat she’d been sleeping on. Sleepy eyes drifted down toward the radio headset she’d left beside her on the floor as she napped. Note number one, turn the volume down on the overly loud headset, and note number two, don’t sleep beside the obnoxious damn headset.
Red pawed along the floor and gripped her radio. She yawned first, attempting to clear any signs of sleepiness from her voice before answering into the mic. Rubbing her eyes with the back of her paw, she switched it on for a brief moment. ”Message received, I’m on it.” The General sprung onto her feet now, feeling fully refreshed by her midday nap. On her way out of the base, she picked up a dragon radar to replace the one that she had given to General Violet whenever the hell that had been… back when she’d thought it would be utterly useless to carry around on her person, she supposed.
Soon, the furry general boarded a helicopter piloted by one of her trusted men, she brought no aid in numbers of soldiers. Only herself. Their coordinates would take them to Mount Kiwi.

Unbelivable! There had never been any time in the past when Jean had actually, really, seen a dragon radar function properly. There had never been anything wrong with them mechanically, all of them working just fine, but… he had never been alive at a time when the dragon balls were active in the world. This was amazing! Containing his sheer happiness was overwhelming, he was at the point of bursting, so happy that he could dance.
If he and Vanto had not been in such a rush flying toward the coordinates indicated by the dragon radar, then he certainly would have taken a moment to jump up and down with joy. The dragon balls meant something huge, and the greatest of those reasons was the fact that he could now wish his father back to life! Provided they located all seven of the orange orbs, of course, but that was going to be cake. The way Jean figured it, the dragon balls had been inactive for so long in this time, that no one would even know what they were upon reactivation. Wherever they were located, the boy assumed he and Vanto would be able to claim them with ease.
The only problem was for how long they had been in flight. At this rate, the dragon ball they were after was going to be somewhere within these miles and miles of ocean… It sounded grim, only halfway hopeless, not to mention cold and wet… But Jean had been determined not to let the odds deter him away from finding the magical sphere. He had a beeping radar in hand at least, thereby narrowing down the area in which the two of them would have to search.
After flying over miles of ocean, keeping almost complete silence the whole time, it was now that the older male had spoken up. ”Yeah, we are,” Jean nodded with a glance toward radar. It was definitely beating with a higher frequency than it had been only moments before, exponentially increasing in speed with each meter they flew.
Now, discovering an island neither of them knew about sitting smack-dab in front of the horizon was one thing… but to further notice that it was a military base of some of kind, well, that just posed both a greater curiosity as well as a much greater risk for their task. ”Are you waiting for somethin’ to happen? C’mon let’s go!” the boy didn’t want to waste any time, get in and get out so they could begin the search for the next dragon ball. He promptly began to drop in altitude all the way down to the water's surface before speeding up again in the direction of the island.

Vanto levitated there for a bit, arms crossed over his chest while quietly assessing the base. It was the middle of some mountain ridden island that wasn't on any map the teen has any seen. Maybe it has, it wasn't like black haired boy to memorize a global map anyway. The blue haired child was still behind him, having stopped his flight just after Vanto himself. Maybe Jean was trying to find the sneakiest way into the military base. After all, the Briefs were a family of geniuses. "Hmm, Jean. Maybe we should cut through the mou--"
"You waiting for somethin' to happen? C'mon, Let's go!" Jean cut him off, apparently not even hearing the beginning of Vanto's game plan.
The black haired boy turned to his ally, who dropped down toward the ocean in a slow descent before speeding inches above the ocean, heading directly toward the base. So the game plan was to take the entire base by storm? Could they really do that? Only way to find out. A white aura swirled to life around Vanto before taking on the signature raging flame-like appearance. He shot toward the base, instead gaining altitude. Within moments, he was at top speed, but Jean was way ahead him. As he came within the base's airspace, the dim sound of mechanic whirling met the fully human's ears. Several box like objects rose out of the base's top, opening to reveal an array of missiles. His eyes widened but then returned to normal size: nothing was going to stop the two from accomplishing their goal.
"Jean, get ready!" Vanto commanded while charging two individual ki blasts in each hand. The projectiles were launched, half going toward Jean and the other half heading to Vanto. The latter stopped dead in place and launched a flurry of energy balls at the missiles, ki blasts forming just as another left his person. The blasts hit the incoming threats head on, exploding immediately. Successfully destroying the missiles, the teen dropped down onto the base itself, landing in front of what seemed to be it's main entrance.
Seven guards were posted in front of the entrance, all having guns at the ready and pointed at the teen. A smirk appeared on his face as he dropped into a stance, beckoning his opponents to shoot. Vanto was feeling cocky at the moment, as if he could take on the world.

Jean was pleased to know that Vanto had chosen to follow him straight into the lion’s den. Despite the fact that he had not been listening as the older boy tried to devise some sort of strategy, futile as it was falling onto deaf ears, it had still surprised the partial saiyan that Vanto had gone along with his plan-less charging without so much as a protest.
As the two of them charged closer and closer to the base, an array of missiles revealed themselves and targeted none other than the two flying boys. He could hear Vanto calling something out, and so followed his lead even though Jean was still a bit of a ways closer to the base than Vanto was. He didn’t stop though, he placed the dragon radar in his mouth and held it between his teeth as he continued to fly, all the while charging a ki blast into each hand. Jean’s energy blasts also found their ways to the groups of missiles that had been aimed at him, neutralizing the threat.
Once that was done, he too landed on the ground in the middle of the base, spat the dragon radar out into his hand and watched as it beeped furiously. Running, he located Vanto and made the effort to catch up since it seemed his friend had already found the main entrance, and also just in case he needed the help, which was probably unlikely. As he did so, he could see at least one of the men nearest to himself begin to pull the trigger on his gun. Jean intervened, jumping in with his leg outstretched, he kicked the soldier right in the side of the head, knocking him out of commission.

Everything was going great for the two fighters that foolishly stepped in to the Red Ribbon Army bases. Apparently they underestimated the guards way too much or rather, the soldiers located at the base were slacking too much in their training to fall from such little attacks one by one. After all, with the intensive training the base offers, each and every soldier stands at a Power Level that would never drop lower than 600. It's a shame there are so many people in the world like these two that can overcome that level so easily. It really did look like they were doing good.
Until of course, the boss stepped in.
"Well. That's settled. We've got visitors. It's time I move in."
Just after the soldier fell down from the mighty little kick the little fighter gave out, the figure of the boss - along with his mighty aura - appeared right in the nearest intruder's face in the form of a kick that didn't pack all power normally demonstrated, but still fearsome enough to send the child away. He was ready to battle and at the worst case destroy the two threats that dared set foot in his home and harm his soldiers. As a General, that was truly unacceptable. He had to take them out and he was oh so prepared to do that. Little pests like those should know their place in the world.
"So you come in here and try to take our Dragonball away? I'm sorry kids, not going to happen. You're not going past me."
He declared, preparing for a clash.

A grunt shot at Vanto, the teen immediately shooting to the side and out of the bullet's path. "Nice..try!" he shouted, grunting loudly as he pumped out of his ki, an aura forming around as he flew toward his attacker. The Red Ribbon member yelped out in pain as the black haired boy yanked the firearm from his grasp, tossing it into the ocean before punching him right in the face. The grunt's head rolled back and Vanto landed right in front of him, turning to Jean and giving his companion a thumbs up.
"Yeah, this is a lo--" Vanto paused mid-sentence before looking at the doorway. There was a large silhouette, a very power ki signature radiating from him. "Jean, watch out!"
Just as he warned his friend, the man was already attacking. Vanto shot over to defend his friend and just the attacker's foot was close to connecting to with the young demi-saiyan, the teen grasped his friend's shoulder and went airborne. The teen shot upward until Jean was aware that they were in the sky. When that happened, Vanto would let go of the boy and let him float by himself. "That guy is really strong..."
