Mostly to Tien. APPEARANCE: Chiaotzu is the only full grown Human shorter than Krillin. He stands at 3' 6", a midget by any standard, and weighs a whopping 90 LBS!!!! Of course, this is all muscle. He's bested Krillin on more than one occasion in the past, but people still underestimate him. He dresses in a kung fu outfit, usually in various degrees of blue, and used to dress in a yellow gi similar to what Tien used to wear. He looks like a doll, with pale skin and rosy cheeks. It is an energy beam shot from a finger. It can usually be done without much charging and is still powerful enough to be a strong energy blast similar to Kamehameha. Teleportation Attack: Chiaotzu gathers energy through his entire body, teleports onto the target's back, right where they can't reach, and releases it all in one go. He teleports to safety at the last second if all goes well, ei, he charges first, than attacks. He can kill himself in the explosion if he grabs than charges, so he prefers to play it safe. Even if he survives, he uses so much life force, he is weakened tremendously, making this attack powerful, like his friend Tien's Tri-Beam, and just as dangerous to himself. It takes a bit of time to charge. Telepathy: Chiaotzu has true telepathy, allowing him to communicate with anyone he knows on Earth (but not in Other World). this can be used in an illusory sense by creating phantom voices in his opponent's head. Telekinesis: Chiaotzu's TK is strong enough to be used as a defensive weapon, by slowing his opponent, lifting rocks to block physical or Ki attacks, or even offensively by hurling things telekinetically at his opponent. This TK is also the basis of his Flight, so he doesn't immediately set off Ki Sense or Scouters when Flying. TRANSFORMATIONS: Super Human HISTORY: [/style]
