As the financial backbone of the Red Ribbon Army, he is the supply of any weapon they could possibly want or need. Personal Effects: Includes handheld communication devices, portable gaming and music systems, as well as a compact camera with a rather powerful flash mechanism. TECHNIQUES: Ki Sense – Being a well-trained soldier, Cian has a sixth sense for the location of other beings. That sense is the ability to sense the power levels of others, though he wasn’t taught the technique in such terms, so to him, it’s just a “hunch” more than anything else. Masking – Being the benevolent heir to a weapons development company, as well as secretly planning his own coup d’état against the alien invasion while under the scrutiny of the Red Ribbon Army, Cian is well-versed in the art of hiding his trail. While his face is very much memorable, he can make himself nigh-invisible to ki detection when he’s trying not to be found. Solar Flare – In his combat training, Cian learned the basics of ki channeling. While he has by no means become a master, he has learned to create a powerful flash of blinding light at will, helping him when he’s doing more clandestine operations. Gun Kata – Being a soldier, Cian first learned how to use a gun. And he learned then well. While not everyone sees the subtlety underneath the point and pull workings of a gun, Cian can differentiate between weapons of a sorts, knows several techniques with most models of firearm, and has a pinpoint accuracy only matched by optimized simulation testing. SIGNATURE MOVES: Concussion Hammer – Offensive Melee Energy Wave The concussion hammer is a special technique Cian created on accident while attempting to learn the basics of channeling Ki. Transferring his Ki in a large, sudden quantity, he strikes a solid object. Due to the minimum distance involved in the transference, the full impact of his Ki is felt within the target. It’s effects are similar to being bombarded with sound waves, the echoing waves of Ki causing disorientation, a small moment of paralysis, and full-body damage. Spatial Awareness – Defensive Supplementary Ability Spatial Awareness is a simple technique, but very difficult to learn. In keeping all senses balanced in harmony, Cian can react to things happening all around him, even without stimulus from one or more senses. By not focusing on one sense, such as sight, he’s able to pay attention to all his senses, and effectively heighten his awareness of all things around him, including directly behind.
