APPEARANCE: Chi-Chi's hair is tied in a bun; delicate strands of black hair frame her pointed countenance. Her face is slightly rectangular, her features sharper than what they used to be, a little more emphasized and linear than she would fancy—small nose, dark black eyes, painted red lips that have thinned with the years and a body with the height of only 5'4. Her weight is that of 110 pounds. Almost all of the clothes Chi-Chi is seen wearing traditional dresses and fighting uniform. LIKES:
DISLIKES: |
- Immaturity. It's a love/hate thing, honestly. She's asked in one episode how it felt being married to a child. She stated rather calmly that it was pretty much the same.
- Skimpy clothing. She doesn't care for the extra skin look and has insulted poor Bulma (once or twice) about her sort of wear. This makes her quite the hypocrite once again since in her youth she dressed quite inappropriately.
- Being handed the old slip. She simply despises her husband's constant sneaking he does when he wants to treat Gohan to a little fun -- something she usually doesn't have a problem with if it's her baby's free time -- when it is in fact supposed to be his study time. Then again, that was when he was alive. Now she doesn't quite know anymore.
- Watching her loved ones die. This is pretty obvious and does not need much explanation.
- Eggs. She was one for a few minutes . . . an experience that has left her traumatized.
PERSONALITY:
STRENGTHS:
- Her loyalty to her family and friends. This is seen when a woman tries to assault Bulma -- cheeky ChiChi instantly knocks her down with a punch. Another example would be when she hired Mr. Shu, a sadistic teacher who insults her husband and harms Gohan. When she found out about this; she had him flying out the window.
- She is still a rather romantic daydreamer, but realism more or so keeps her glued to the ground.
- Brave and unafraid to face the consequences. This is shown when Goku has a terrible nightmare about his family being massacred. She is seen standing protectively by his bedside, telling the sadistic androids off before meeting her untimely death.
- Though she strives to discourage her kids from fighting, she will occasionally go against what she believes in, in order to help her children. Goten stated once that she actually taught him how to go saiyan.
WEAKNESSES:- A total worry wart.
- Her nagging, overprotective and bold nature can lead to her having egg on her face. Get it? *FAIL DRUM ROLL*
- Doesn't think before acting. She just does things on an impulse, which can lead to some embarrassing moments.
- Frowns upon the Saiyan race, which instantly depicts her as being an utter hypocrite, seeing that she married one.
- Easy to anger.
- Is unreasonable at times and makes jokes here and there about trading her husband over for another one.
- Is easy to deceive.
- Doesn't' quite know when to zip her lips.
- Critical at times.
- Can be particularly demanding.
WEAPONS / PERSONAL ITEMS:- The pink helmet she used when she was a little girl. It has a built-in blade, complete with a flimsy beam.
- The Basho Fan, which she uses in the game.
- Her Sword of Doom! Used as comedy relief. :3
TECHNIQUES:- Kiai
- Yelling the victim's head off.

TRANSFORMATIONS:- You start off with None [unless canon or changeling (2nd form)]; feel free to give a brief description.
HISTORY: - A total worry wart.
Chi-Chi was miraculously born to a contented family and a dazzling attractive domicile, a fairytale beginning cut short when her mother passed away that very same year. Being a babe of only two years old, her father and she were ensnared by grand misfortune when their castle was scorched by an unexpected fire spirit. It was further labeled Fire Mountain since the incident. For the duration of her upbringing with her father of royal blood, she was especially educated in the art of fighting – for a good reason, of course.
Given that, her widowed father’s fortress on Fire Mountain was without a solution and decidedly impracticable for either of the pair to arrive at, she was sent to repossess the Bansho Fan from her father's not-getting-any-younger teacher, Master Roshi.
On her way to seek his great mentor she crashed into a very stunned Yamacha before assaulting him out of fear. After she got herself knocked down for the count by the bewildered man for her ludicrous attempt, he fearfully aided her during her moment of unconsciousness when he realized he had harmed the Ox-Princess. When she did awake from her imposed slumber; he was about to receive yet another surprise attack until the sly fox confessed a most desperate lie, one of love that she could not help but instantly fall for . The infant coquette, naïve, simply blushed. Distracted, her victim ran straightaway from the astonished youth.
It was clear that as an infant, the now-wife was exceedingly bashful and time and again contemplated endlessly on the subject of who she would tie the knot with. Although she was a princess, the daughter of the ill-reputed Ox-King, she was contrary to what he was in character, seeing that she was revealed to be of untainted mind and heart by being capable of riding Nimbus with her childhood sweetheart Goku. This was when she met Goku, her future husband. They both had the same purpose of seeking out the wise Roshi for his assistance and did so. Master Roshi taught the Kamehameha move to put out the flames on Fire Mountain, but much adversity came from this, as it destroyed her home completely.
Apparently, the adventurous childhood pair had a first date as told in later episodes – it wasn’t all candle light and valentine cards. It actually turned out to be a playful spar that Chi-Chi oddly found engaging. And so her homeland was soon restored to glory and was bountifully repopulated as the engaged youth wondered deeply to her childhood sweetheart’s whereabouts. Her father came about and took her to a psychic who described of Goku’s arrival. He came and they talked for quite a bit until her village was dominated by Colonel Silver and his team. Fearful, she fought with all her might and cried while doing this (knocking out a great bunch of soldiers). Once more were Goku and Chi-Chi to part but the boy did promise her, however, that he’d try this odd food called marriage with her in the future.
His word was kept and they became one. At the age of twenty she gave birth to her first and over-protected son, Gohan.
Everything changed;
She tries to forget simply because when she does recall it, she can’t bring herself to talk about it without crying. Her husband was murdered by Dr. Hypnos in the effort to dominate what was once rightfully free. In the moment that it did happen the wife soon found herself terribly alone, watching the world become nothing but a territory to gain and conquer.
Since Goku's death, however, she has become less overwhelming (as stated once before) out of guilt that perhaps she should have been kinder to him. And what with Gohan having been fatherless for the remainder of his life, she tried to fill the void but was constantly unable to appease her son.
Time sure changed for the worst. Thousands were enslaved, restrictions applied and rebellion started to rise. Her son was particularly lucky at the time and did not suffer the same fate as his father’s. Now she is a mere prisoner in the place she once called home and wishes for the end of this.
The presently ever-stressed widow is, like the others, following the hamster routine. She looks back constantly, haunted by the picture of her little broken family that she hides in her drawer for memory.
